简介:为了研究人为失误与船舶碰撞之间的关系,在参考以往研究成果的基础之上,归纳总结了导致船舶碰撞事故的各种人为失误。对80份船舶碰撞事故报告进行了分析,提取了导致事故的人为因素,最后用STATISTICA统计分析软件对其进行关联规则分析,结果表明:瞭望不当和未及时采取行动是导致碰撞事故发生的最主要因素。
