简介:摘要:本文针对浮式起重机吊钩滑轮组轴承系统进行了设计与优化研究,通过对吊钩滑轮组轴承系统的结构和工作原理进行分析,提出了一种基于轴承选型和优化设计的方法。首先,根据吊钩滑轮组的负载特性和工作环境要求,选择了适用于高强度和耐磨损的轴承材料,然后,利用有限元分析和实验验证相结合的方法,优化了轴承系统的结构参数,提高了其承载能力和稳定性,最后,通过仿真验证和实际应用,证明了设计的轴承系统在浮式起重机吊钩滑轮组中具有良好的性能和可靠性为提高浮式起重机的工作效率和安全性提供了技术支持。
