  • 简介:Thekineticsofsuspendedemulsionpolymerizationofmethylmethacrylate(MMA),inwhichwateractedasthedispersedphaseandthemixtureofMMAandcyclohexaneasthecontinuousphase,wasinvestigated.Itshowedthattheinitialpolymerizationrate(Rp0)andsteady-statepolymerizationrate(Rp)wereproportionaltothemassratiobetweenwaterandoilphase,andincreasedasthepolymerizationtemperature,thepotassiumpersulphateconcentration([I])andtheTween20emulsifierconcentration([S])increased.Therelationshipsbetweenthepolymerizationrateand[I]and[S]wereobtainedasfollows:Rp0∝[I]0.73[S]0.32andRp∝[I]0.71[S]0.23.TheaboveexponentswereclosetothoseobtainedfromnormalMMAemulsionpolymerization.Italsoshowedthattheaveragemolecularweightoftheresultingpoly(methylmethacrylate)decreasedasthepolymerizationtemperature,[I]and[S]increased.Thus,MMAsuspendedemulsionpolymerizationcouldbeconsideredasacombinationofmanyminiatureemulsionpolymerizationsproceedinginwaterdropsandobeyedtheclassicalkineticsofMMAemulsionpolymerization.

  • 简介:为阐明β榄香烯的抗血小板作用,本文分别采用比浊法和放免法测定大鼠连续ip7dβ榄香烯乳6.25~12.5mg·kg-1·d-1后对血小板聚集、血浆ketoPGF1α和TXB2水平的影响。结果表明,本品分别使凝血酶、花生四烯酸和ADP诱导血小板最大聚集率下降38.3%~42.6%,14.7%~19.1%和7.2%~10.8%,血浆TXB2从88ng·L-1下降至72ng·L-1,ketoPGF1α从17.5ng·L-1增加至20.9ng·L-1。提示TXB2降低和ketoPGF1α值增加是其抑制血小板聚集的作用机制之一。

  • 简介:Multi-scalestructuresinvolvedinemulsionandmicrospherecomplexsystemsarepresentedanddiscussed.Thestabilityandspatio-temporalstructuresofemulsions,aswellasnano-structuresformedonthesurfaceofmicrospheresafterpolymerization,areaffectedbythemolecularemulsifier/stabilizerstructuresandtheadsorbedemulsifier/stabilizernano-structuresontheoil/waterinterface.Thebroadsizedistributionandvariationofsurfacefeaturesofdropletsareresponsibleforvariationsoftheadsorbedemulsifier/stabilizerstructuresandthestabilityoftheemulsions.Ontheotherhand,preparationofauniformlysizedemulsionandemploymentofacombinedemulsifier/stabilizersystemcanpreservethestabilityoftheemulsionsandmicrospheres.Theabovephenomenashouldbemodeledbyamultiscalemethod,inordertomaintainthestabilityofindividualemulsionsystemsandrealizethedesirednano-structuresofmicrospheresbychoosingadequateemulsifier/stabilizerandexperimentalparameters.

  • 简介:Inthisarticle,AHPS(3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonatesalt)wassynthesizedtouseinemulsifier-freeemulsionpolymerizationofBA/BMA/MMAsystemforhighsolidcontentlatexes.Storagestability,flowbehaviorofthelatexes,morphologyoftheobtainedlatexparticles,dynamicviscoelasticbehavior,tensilestrengthandwaterresistancepropertiesoftheresultedcopolymerswereinvestigated.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatwiththeadditionofAHPS,stabilityoftheemulsionisgreatlyimprovedthatthereappearsnoapparentprecipitationduringthepolymerizationandstorageatroomtemperaturefor6monthsandat-10℃forfourmonths.FlowofthelatexesfollowstheBinghambodylaws,diameterofthelatexparticlesisabout0.6μm,ofwhichislargerthanthatofbyconventionalemulsionpolymerization(0.12μm).Inaddition,notonlywaterresistanceofthecopolymersobtainedbyemulsifier-freeemulstionpolymerizationisgreatlyimproved,butalsotensilestrengthisobviouslyenhanced.

  • 简介:Polyacrylamide/silica(PAM/SiO2)compositecapsulesweresynthesizedbyinversePickeringemulsionpolymerization.Silicananoparticlesmodifiedwithmethacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(MPS)wereusedasastabilizer.Transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),Fouriertransforminfrared(FT1R)spectroscopy,andthermalgravimetricanalysis(TGA)wereusedtocharacterizethemorphologyandcompositionofthecompositecapsules.SEMandTEMimagesshowedthatcapsulesconsistedofaparticleshellandapolymerinnerlayer.Thecapsulesizedependsonthenanoparticleconcentrationinthecontinuousphase.Thecompositerigiditylargelydependsontheacrylamideconcentration.FTIRandTGAresultsindicatedtheexistenceofpolyacrylamideandSiO2inthecompositeparticles.AqueousHg(Ⅱ)removaltestingbythePAM/SiO2compositecapsulesindicatedpromisingpotentialforremovingheavymetalionsfromwastewater.

  • 简介:Thispaperintroducesworkingprincipleandtechnicalfeaturesofvacuumfilterinemulsionsystemfortandemcoldstripmill.Basedonspecificcases,thispaperanalysesandassessestheeffectbeforeandafterusingtheemulsionsystemwiththeusageofthevacuumfilterforstripmill.Comparewiththeeffectwhenusingthefirstgenerationvacuumfilter,theemulsionqualityisimprovedsignificantlybyusingthesecondgenerationvacuumfilter,whichatthesametimeensuressteadyoperationoftherollingmillandsurfacequalityofthemillproducts.Asaresult,investmentandrunningcostsarelowered,emissionsofthewasteemulsionarereduced,wastewatertreatmentcostsarereducedandsoastheenvironmentalpollution.Itcanbeseenthesecondgenerationvacuumfilterhasobviouseconomicandenvironmentalbenefits.Therefor,itsuggeststhatthefiltershouldbeusedwidelyinthefieldofautomotive,environmentalprotectionrollingsteelandnonferrousmetals.

  • 简介:Objective:Tostudytheanti-inflammatoryactivityandtissuedistributionpatternsofintravenousemulsionofdexamethasoneacetateinmice.Methods:Theanti-inflammatorysolutionforinjectionandLimethasone(Jepaneseproduct)givenintravenouslywereevaluatedbyusingthepreformedcarrageenangranulomapouchmethodinrats.Results:Theanti-inflammatoryactivityofdexamethasoneacetateemulsionatlowdoseof0.05mg.kg1wasaspotentasdexamethasonesodiumphosphatesolutionathighdoseof0.3mg.kg1.Thedistributionpatternsinmicetissuesof[^3H]dexamethasoneacetateemulsionand[^3H]dexamethasonesodiumphosphatesolutioninmiceweremarkedlydifferent.Dexamethasoneacetateemulsionshowedamuchhigherconcentrationintheliver,spleen,lung,andinflamedtissues,whereasdexamethasonesodiumphosphatehadahighconcenti,moninthemusclesofvastuslateralis.Theseresultsmayindicatethatdexamethasoneincoporatedinlipidemulsionwastakenupbythereticuloendothelialsystemandinflammatorycellsmuchmorethandexamethasonesodiumphosphatesolution.Conclusion:Whendexamethasoneacetatewasincorporatedinemulsion,thedistributionpatternsintissueswerechangedandtheyhadastrongeranti-inflammatoryactivity.

  • 简介:Thesemibatchemulsifier-freeemulsioncopolymerizationofmethylmethacrylate(MMA)andbutylacrylate(BA)inthepresenceof2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA)initiatedbyK2S2O8(PSP)wasstudied.Thelatexparticlescanmaintainanappreciablestabilityduringtheemulsifier-freeemulsioncopolymerizationofMMAandBAinthepresenceofHEMA.Theaverageparticlediameterincreasewithanincreaseoftotalsolidscontent,HEMAcontent,PSPcontent,ionicstrengthofthesystemandmonomerfeedrate,anddecreasewiththemonomerfeedrationfrom3/1(MMA/BA:molarration).to1/3.ThestabilityofthisreactionsystemisimprovedbyaddingHEMAasnonioniccomonomer,Highsolidscontent(50%)latexwithmonodisperseparticlecanbeobtainedusingthisprocess.

  • 简介:Thepropertiesoftherelativisticheliumfragmentsproducedininteractionsof84Krat1.8AGeVand197Auat10.7AGeVinemulsionareinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsarecomparedwiththoseobtainedfromvariousprojectileswithemulsioncollisionsatdifferentenergies.Itisfoundthatthemultiplicitydistributionofheliumprojectilefragments(HPFs)iswelldescribedbytheKoba-Nielsen-Olesen(KNO)scalingpresentation.ThesecondMuellermomentf2oftheHPFmultiplicitydistributionisindependentoftheprojectileenergyforthesameprojectile,butitisdependentontheprojectilemassnumber.Thevalueoff2increaseswiththeincreaseofprojectilemassnumberAp.Thenegativevalueoff2,whenAp<69,meansthattheemissionofHPFsisanticorrelated,butpositivevalueoff2,whenAp>69,referstothattheemissionofHPFsiscorrelated.Thenon-zerof2momentinthisexperimentimpliesthestrongcorrelationexistingbetweentheHPFs.
