简介：摘要目的通过检测MT-GAG对HgCl2引起的红细胞溶血率减少的百分数，考察其稳定性和活性。方法用新鲜兔全血制备红细胞悬液，在使红细胞全部溶血的Hg离子环境中加入不同受热时间的MT、MT-GAG溶液，测定417nm下的吸光值。结果MT-GAG在105℃受热30分钟时溶血率减少的百分数HMT≥77%。结论MT-GAG比MT可耐受更长的受热时间，对HgCl2引起的红细胞溶血具有抑制作用。
