简介:Consideringthedensitydependenceofquarkmass,weinvestigatethephasetransitionbetweenthe(un-paired)strangequarkmatterandthecolor-flavor-lockedmatter,whicharesupposedtobetwocandidatesforthegroundstateofstronglyinteractingmatter.Wefindthatifthecurrentmassofstrangequarkm_sissmall,thestrangequarkmatterremainsstableunlessthebaryondensityisveryhigh.Ifm_sislarge,thephasetransitionfromthestrangequarkmattertothecolor-flavor-lockedmatterinparticulartoitsgaplessphaseisfoundtobedifferentfromtheresultspredictedbypreviousworks.Acomplicatedphasediagramofthree-flavorquarkmatterispresented,inwhichthecolor-flavor-lockedphaseregionissuppressedformoderatedensities.
简介:BasedonarelativisticquarkmodelapproachwithaneffectivepotentialU(r)=(ac/2)(1+γ0)r2,thespincontentofthenucleonisinvestigated.Pseudo-scalarinteractionbetweenquarksandGoldstonebosonsisemployedtocalculatethecouplingsbetweentheGoldstonebosonsandthenucleon.Differentapproachestodealwiththecenterofmasscorrectionintherelativisticquarkpotentialmodelapproacharediscussed.

简介:Thelittle-Higgsmodelstypicallycontainanewvector-liketopquarkT,whichplaysakeyroleinbreakingtheelectroweaksymmetry.InthecontextofthelittlestHiggs(LH)model,westudysingleproductionofthiskindofnewparticlesviatheprocessep→eb→veTinthefuturelinac-ring-typeepcollider(LCО×LHC).Wefindthattheproductioncrosssectionisintherangeof1.2×10^-40.48pbattheLCО×LHCwith√s=3.7TeV.
简介:Wetrytoapplyaconstituentquarkmodel(avarietychiralconstituentquarkmodel)andtheresonatinggroupapproachforthemulti-quarkproblemstocomputetheeffectivepotentialbetweentheNN-inS-wave(thequarksinthenucleonsNandN-,andthetwonucleonsrelativelyaswell,areinSwave)soastoseethepossibilityiftheremaybeatightboundstateofsixquarksasindicatedbyastrongenhancementatthresholdofpp-inJ/ψandBdecays.TheeffectivepotentialwhichweobtainintermsofthemodelandapproachshowsiftheexperimentalenhancementisreallycausedbyatightS-waveboundstateofsixquarks,thenthequantumnumberoftheboundstateisverylikelytobeI=1,JPC=0-+.
