简介:Timereversalisappliedtotheunderwaterspreadingspectrumcodingcommunication.Onthebaseofanalyzingthefocusingcharacteristicsofthetimereversalinunderwaterwaveguide,thetimereversalisstudiedtoovercomethewavedistortionoftheencodedsignalcausedbythemulti-patheffect.TheexperimentresearchforunderwatercodingcommunicationiscarriedoutinalabwatertankandthecorrespondingtheoreticalanalysisisalsoconductedbyBinaryPhaseShiftKeying(BPSK)encodingandBarkercodewith7chipsforthespreadingspectrumsignal.Theresultsshowthatthetimereversalcanimprovethefocusinggainandincreasetheratiooftheprincipaltothesecondlobeofthecodingsignal,andcandecreasethebiterrorrateandincreasethecommunicationdistance.
简介:AbstractTic disorders (TD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is often first recognized in children and adolescents and is characterized mainly by motor and phonic tics. Drug treatment of TD has been criticized because of serious side effects, and TD treatment emphasizes behavioral psychotherapy. This study reviewed the most common behavioral psychotherapy for TD: habit reversal training (HRT). We examined the contents, variation, curative effects, and premonitory urge control of HRT and other behavioral psychotherapies. The findings suggest that current understanding of HRT is insufficient and further studies are needed. First, studies of online guidance training are needed to implement technology that can help more patients. Second, the future integration of HRT and other technologies is important. Third, imaging techniques could be used to further explore the brain mechanisms underlying HRT. Research on HRT for TD in China is insufficient. We call on more Chinese researchers to study, investigate, and develop technology to promote the development of behavioral psychotherapy for TD in China.

简介:Weproposethatdomaininversioncanbedirectlyinducedbyfemtosecondlaserboththeoreticallyandexperimentally,whichopensapathtoachievethree-dimensional(3D)nonlinearcrystalwithaperiodinsub-micron-scale.Asimulationofdomaininversionismodeledbyconsideringthetemporaldistributionoffemtosecondpulses.Thecalculationresultsclarifythatthedomaininversionscanhappenwithinoraftertheinteractionwiththelaserpulse,andtheresponsetimeofdomaininversionisinthepicosecondleveldependingontheintensityandthematerials.Thedomainreversalwindowsoflithiumniobatebyfemtosecondlaserareobservedwhichagreeswiththeoreticalpredictionsqualitatively.

简介:AIM:Toevaluatewhetherglaucomatousvisualfielddefectparticularlythepatternstandarddeviation(PSD)ofHumphreyvisualfieldcouldbeassociatedwithvisualevokedpotential(VEP)parametersofpatientshavingprimaryopenangleglaucoma(POAG).METHODS:VisualfieldbyHumphreyperimetryandsimultaneousrecordingsofpatternreversalvisualevokedpotential(PRVEP)wereassessedin100patientswithPOAG.ThestimulusconfigurationforVEPrecordingsconsistedofthetransientpatternreversalmethodinwhichablackandwhitecheckerboardpatternwasgenerated(fullfield)anddisplayedonVEPmonitor(colour14')byanelectronicpatternregeneratorinbuiltinanevokedpotentialrecorder(RMSEMGEPMARKII).RESULTS:Theresultsofourstudyindicatethatthereisahighlysignificant(P<0.001)negativecorrelationofP100amplitudeandastatisticallysignificant(P<0.05)positivecorrelationofN70latency,P100latencyandN155latencywiththePSDofHumphreyvisualfieldinthesubjectsofPOAGinvariousagegroupsasevaluatedbyStudent’st-test.CONCLUSION:ProlongationofVEPlatenciesweremirroredbyacorrespondingincreaseofPSDvalues.Conversely,asPSDincreasesthemagnitudeofVEPexcursionswerefoundtobediminished.

简介:Usingthetimereversal(TR)-reversetimemigration(RTM)mixedmethod,thenumericalanalysistowardstheacousticfieldfordetectionandlocationoftargetsinlayeredmediaisperformed.Firsttheapproachesandstepsofthenumericalanalysisandsimulationforacousticfieldareproposed,then,theacousticfielddistributionofsingletargetandmultipletargetsarefurthercomputedbyusingtheapproachesofsingleemission-multiplereceivingandmultipleemission-multiplereceiving.Thenumericalsimulationresultsindicatethattargetdetectionandlocationcanbewellrealized.Bycomparison,goodresultsareobtainedfromthebothtwoapproaches,butlargetime-consumingisobservedinwayofmultipleemission-multiplereceiving,andsowouldbeunacceptable.Additionally,theimprovedwayisalsoproposedformultipletargetdetection.
简介:目的:研究电针逆转血管紧张素-(17)[Ang-(1—7)]在大鼠延髓尾端腹外侧区(CVLM)引起血压降低的作用机制。方法:采用中枢核团微量注射和微透析,以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)荧光检测等技术观察Ang(17)及其选择性受体拮抗剂(D-Ala7)-Ang-(1—7)(Ang-779)在大鼠CVLM引起血压改变时氨基酸类神经递质释放的变化以及电针对血压和氨基酸类递质释放的影响。结果:在CVLM微量注射Ang(1—7)可引起血压降低,同时伴该区内兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸(Glu)释放增多和抑制性氨基酸牛磺酸(Trau)释放减少;相反,在CVLM微量注射Ang779则可引起血压升高,同时伴Glu释放减少和Tau释放增多。在相当于人”足三里”穴位电针20min,可分别抑制在CVLM微量注射Ang—(1-7)或Ang779所引起的血压降低或升高,同时也能部分抵消注射Ang-(17)或Ang779所引起的Glu、Tau释放的改变。结论:电针逆转Ang(1-7)或Ang-779在CVLM引起的降压或升压作用可能与Glu、Tau释放量的改变有关。
简介:Objective:Toexplorethereversaleffectofmifepristoneonmultidrugresistance(MDR)indrug-resistanthumanbreastcancercelllineMCF7/ADRanditsmechanisms.Methods:ExpressionofMDR1andMDR-associatedprotein(MRP)mRNAinMCF7/ADRcellswasdetectedusingreversetranscription-polymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR).WesternblottingwasusedtoassaytheproteinlevelsofP-glycoprotein(P-gp)andMRP.Intracellularrhodamine123retentionand[3H]vincristine(VCR)accumulationweremeasuredbyflowcytometryandliquidscintillationcounter,respectively.MTTreductionassaywasusedtodeterminethesensitivityofcellstotheanticanceragent,adriamycin(ADR).Additionally,aMCF7/ADRcellxenograftmodelwasestablishedtoassessthereversaleffectofmifeprisoneonMDRinMCF7/ADRcellsinvivo.Results:Miferpristonedose-dependentlydown-regulatedtheexpressionofMDR1andMRPmRNAinMCF7/ADRcells,accompaniedbyasignificantdecreaseintheproteinlevelsofP-gpandMRP.Afterexposureto5,10,and20μmol/Lmifepristone,MCF7/ADRcellsshoweda3.87-,5.81-,and7.40-foldincreaseintheaccumulationofintracellularVCR(aknownsubstrateofMRP),anda2.14-,4.39-,and5.53-foldincreaseintheretentionofintracellularrhodamine123(anindicatorofP-gpfunction),respectively.MTTanalysisshowedthatthesensitivityofMCF7/ADRcellstoADRwasenhancedby7.23-,13.62-,and20.96-foldafterincubationwithmifepristoneasabove-mentioneddosesfor96h.Invivo,mifepristoneeffectivelyrestoredthechemosensitivityofMCF7/ADRcellstoADR.After8weeksofadministrationwithADR(2mg·kg-1·d-1)aloneorincombinationwithmifepristone(50mg·kg-1·d-1),thegrowthinhibitoryrateofxenograftedtumorsinnudemicewas8.08%and37.25%,respectively.Conclusion:MifepristoneexertspotentreversaleffectsonMDRinMCF7/ADRcellsinvitroandinvivothroughdown-regulationofMDR1/P-gpandMRPexpressionandinhibitionofP-gp-andMRP-dependentdrugefflux,thusincreasing
