简介:Doubledataratesynchronousdynamicrandomaccessmemory(DDR3)hasbecomeoneofthemostmainstreamapplicationsincurrentserverandcomputersystems.Inordertoquicklysetupasystem-levelsignalintegrity(SI)simulationflowfortheDDR3interface,twosystem-levelSIsimulationmethodologies,whichareboard-levelS-parameterextractioninthefrequency-domainandsystem-levelsimulationassumptionsinthetimedomain,areintroducedinthispaper.BycomparingtheflowofSpeed2000andPowerSI/Hspice,PowerSIischosenfortheprintedcircuitboard(PCB)board-levelS-parameterextraction,whileTektronixoscilloscope(TDS7404)isusedfortheDDR3waveformmeasurement.Thelabmeasurementshowsgoodagreementbetweensimulationandmeasurement.ThestudyshowsthatthecombinationofPowerSIandHspiceisrecommendedforquicksystem-levelDDR3SIsimulation.

简介:1、引言2006年12月在香港举办的IrrU世界电信展上,信息产业部及中国电信等运营商高层的发言使得外界对中国在2007年发布3G牌照充满希望和信心,中国的3G时代正在到来。面对即将到来的3G,对于一直居于产业链龙头地位的运营商来说,3G不仅是一个历史机遇而且也是一个现实挑战。在传统语音业务收入增长乏力,ARUP值不断降低的时候,如何寻找新的业务增长点,以维持和加快自身的发展,是运营商在3G时代需要认真考虑的问题。毫无疑问,除了争取更多的用户外,大力推广和开拓3G业务,增加用户ARUP值将是3G运营商的首要任务,否则3G运营商将逐渐沦为网络提供商,在3G时代扮演一个次要的角色。基于这一背景,本文对3G业务及其发展趋势做一些探讨和研究,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
简介:Twoalkylsubstitutedpolythiophenederivatives:poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)andpoly(3-decylthiophene)(P3DT),havesynthesizedbyoxidationcouplingpolymerizationof3-alkylthiopheneusingiron(III)chlorideascatalystinchloroform.Whilebothpolymersinpurechloroformsolutionhavemaximumabsorptionatapproximatelysamewavelengthof440nm,theybehavedifferentlywithrespecttochangesobservedontheirUV-visibleandphotoluminescencespectrawhenthequalityofthepoorsolventischangedingoodsolvent(chloroform)/poorsolvent(methanol)mixtures.Withincreasingvolumefractionofmethanolinmixtures,theabsorptionspectraofP3HTandP3DTred-shift,peakingatmaximumwavelengthof495nm(P3HT)and510nm(P3DT).Furthermore,theabsorptionspectraofthetwopolymersinchloroformblue-shiftasthetemperaturerises.P3HTshows4.73nmblue-shiftsat50℃incontrasttothecaseat20℃,whileP3DTblue-shiftsabout5.04nm.Thephotoluminescencespectraofthetwopolymersinmixedsolutionarealsoinvestigated,whichshowthattheluminescencespectrashifttolongerwavelengthwithanaccompanyingdropinthePLintensityasmethanolisincreased.Theabsorptionandemissionspectraofthetwopolymersinapoorsolventandathinfilmaresimilar,whichindicatethatasimilarlongerconjugationlengthinthetwocases.Itcouldconcludethatthepolymersexistalmostthesameconformationsandaggregationsinbothapoorsolventandathinfilm.P3DTexhibitsmoresensitivespectraproperties(bigred-shiftsinbothabsorptionandluminescencespectrainpoorsolventsandlargeblue-shiftsathightemperature)withcontrasttoP3HT,whichimplythatlongsidealkylmayimprovethechromicpropertiesofthepolymer.

简介:Inthiswork,Bi2Te3films(250nm)arefabricatedonSiO2/Sisubstratesbyradiofrequency(RF)magnetronsputteringatroomtemperature,andthepreparedfilmsareannealedoverthetemperaturerangeof200°Cto400°C.Crystallinityandelectricalpropertiesofthefilmscanbetunedcorrespondingly.ThepowerfactorsofBi2Te3filmsof0.85μW/K2cmto11.43μW/K2cmwereachievedafterannealing.Theinfraredreflectancemeasurementsfrom2.5μmto5.0μmdemonstratethatthereisalsoaslightred-shiftoftheplasmaoscillationfrequencyintheBi2Te3films.Bymeansofplasmoniccalculations,weattributethered-shiftofabsorptionpeakstothereductionofcarrierconcentrationandthechangeofeffectivemassofBi2Te3filmswiththeincreasedannealingtemperature.
