简介:应用密度泛函理论中的ω-B97XD/6-311+G(d,p)方法,对甲湛分子团簇[CH2O]n(n=1~4)的空间结构进行了优化,得到了这些团簇的基态结构,并对其红外光谱,核磁共振谱的性质进行了研究.结果表明,当甲醛分子构成稳定的多分子团簇时,团簇中的每个分子仍然为平面结构,分子间将形成氢键,并且团簇中的各个分子共面.与单分子甲醛相比,多分子团簇的红外光谱,会出现许多与分子间氢键振动有关的新的吸收峰.当甲醛分子形成团簇时,13C核和17O核的核磁共振谱线会发生劈裂现象,这与电荷分布的对称性的破缺有关;而1H的核磁共振谱中将会出现新的条纹,这是由分子间的氢键的形成引起的.本文的研究可为甲醛团簇的识别、检测及性质研究提供理论依据.

简介:Surfacemodificationofpolypropylenemicroporousmembrane(PPMM)wasperformedbyatmosphericpressuredielectricbarrierdischargeplasmaimmobilizationofN,Ndimethylaminoethylmethacrylate(DMAEMA).Structuralandmorphologicalchangesonthemembranesurfacewerecharacterizedbyattenuatedtotalreflection-Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR/ATR),X-rayphotoelectronspectroscope(XPS)andfieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FE-SEM).Watercontactanglesofthemembranesurfaceswerealsomeasuredbythesessiledropmethod.Resultsrevealthatboththeplasma-treatingconditionsandtheadsorbedDMAEMAamounthaveremarkableeffectsontheimmobilizationdegreeofDMAEMA.Peroxidedeterminationby1,1-diphenyl-2-picrvlhydrazyl(DPPH)methodverifiestheexsistenceofradicalsinducedbyplasma,whichactivizetheimmobilizationreaction.PurewatercontactangleonthemembranesurfacedecreasedwiththeincreaseofDMAEMAimmobilizationdegree,whichindicatesanenhancedhydrophilicityforthemodifiedmembranes.Theeffectsofimmobilizationdegreesonpurewaterfluxeswerealsomeasured.Itisshownthatpurewaterfluxesfirstincreasedwithimmobilizationdegreeandthendecreased.Finally,permeationofbovineserumalbumin(BSA)andlysozymesolutionweremeasuredtoevaluatetheantifoulingpropertyoftheDMAEMA-modifiedmembranes,fromwhichitisshownthatbothhydrophilicityandelectrostaticrepulsionarebeneficialformembraneantifouling.

简介:Elevatedatmosphericnitrogen(N)depositionhasbeendetectedinmanyregionsofChina,butitseffectsonsoilNtransformationintemperateforestecosystemsarenotwellknown.WethereforesimulatedNdepositionwithfourlevelsofNadditionrate(N0,N30,N60,andN120)for6yearsinanold-growthtemperateforestinXiaoxing’anMountainsinNortheasternChina.WemeasuredgrossNtransformationratesinthelaboratoryusing15NtracingtechnologytoexploretheeffectsofNdepositiononsoilgrossNtransformationstakingadvantageofNdepositionsoils.NosignificantdifferencesingrosssoilNtransformationrateswereobservedafter6yearsofNdepositionwithvariouslevelsofNadditionrate.ForallNdepositionsoils,thegrossNH4+immobilizationrateswereconsistentlylowerthanthegrossNmineralizationrates,leadingtonetNmineralization.Nitrate(NO3-)wasprimarilyproducedviaoxidationofNH4+(i.e.,autotrophicnitrification),whereasoxidationoforganicN(i.e.,heterotrophicnitrification)wasnegligible.Differencesbetweenthequantityofammonia-oxidizingbacteriaandammonia-oxidizingarchaeawerenotsignificantforanytreatment,whichlikelyexplainsthelackofasignificanteffectongrossnitrificationrates.GrossnitrificationratesweremuchhigherthanthetotalNO3-consumptionrates,resultinginabuild-upofNO3-,whichhighlightsthehighriskofNlossesviaNO3-leachingorgaseousNemissionsfromsoils.ThisresponseisoppositethatoftypicalN-limitedtemperateforestssufferingfromNdeposition,suggestingthattheinvestigatedold-growthtemperateforestecosystemislikelytoapproachNsaturation.
简介:摘要 目的:了解临床N0-N2级护士对生存质量的认知状况及其影响因素,从而促进护理质量的提高并起到推动优质护理服务的作用。方法:采用自设问卷,对我院和某三甲医院心血管内科、呼吸科、肾内科、消化内科、神经内科、肿瘤科、内分泌科、脑外科、肝胆外科和骨伤科护士进行问卷调查,内容包括一般资料、护士对生存质量的认知和态度以及领床护士开展评价生命质量的困难等。结果:①30.0%的护士知道生命质量,52.8%的不知道生存质量的概念,并且有58.6%的不知道目前国内生命质量的研究方向。②在临床上有81.4%从没有运用过生命质量。③56.5%很愿意进一步了解学习生命质量,并且有51.0%希望通过专题讲座的方式来学习。
简介:摘要:近年来,列车速度的不断加快,车辆轻量化愈发迫切。在车体制造过程中,铝合金逐渐替代钢铁。现阶段,挤压性能以及综合性能良好的6N01和强度较高的7N01两种轨道交通用铝合金应用前景广阔。但是铝合金的物理和化学性能较为独特,因此在焊接期间存在的难度较大。鉴于此,本文即对轨道交通用6N01,7N01铝合金焊接性展开深入研究。
