简介：摘要：近年来，我国的企业有了很大进展，在企业管理的过程中，管理经济学发挥着重要的作用。管理经济学是一门新型的科学，是目前企业在经营和管理过程中的理论指导思想。企业通过管理经济学的原理实现内部管理，从而帮助企业更好地提升经营管理的效率。目前，企业对于管理经济学的应用并不非常重视，在具体应用的过程中存在很多的问题，从而导致企业整体的经营管理效果并不明显。本文就管理经济学在企业管理中的应用进行研究，希望能够帮助更多企业全面地实现管理经济学的应用，提升企业的经营管理能力。

简介：摘要：研究所基建管理部门及项目管理人员通过几年的基建工作实践，积累了一些有益的经验，并在研究所承担实施的项目管理工作中进行了一些有益的尝试，从项目申报、立项、验收、绩效考评等实施管理做法及取得的成效得到了主管部门充分肯定，多次在院部系统作交流介绍经验。本文主要结合自身工作，对如何做好项目实施管理过程中关键节点提出几点见解。
