简介:Shipsandautomobilesarefabricatedfromthinplates.Toassembleparts,weldingiscommonlyemployed.However,weldingdistortioninlargethin-platepanelstructureisusuallycasedbybucklingduetotheresidualstress.Inthisstudy,anelasticfiniteelementmethodforpredictingtheweldingdistortionofthree-dimensionalthin-platestructureswithconsideringweldingsequencewasproposed.Inthismethod,theinherentstrainwasemployedtomodelthelocalshrinkageduetoweldingitself,andtheinterfaceelementwasintroducedtosimulatetheassemblyprocess.Theproposedmethodwasappliedtostudytheinfluenceofweldingsequenceonthebucklingdistortionofthelargethin-platepanelstructureduringassembly.
