简介：目的：观察百会温灸结合透穴针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：将60例入选患者按随机数字表随机分为观察组（30例）、对照组（30例）。观察组（A组）采用百会温灸结合透穴针刺;对照组（B组）仅采用透穴针刺而不用百会温灸盒灸,疗程均为30天,观察HouseBrackmann（H-B）面神经功能分级和临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组（A组）在H-B功能分级变化、临床症状改善上均优于对照组（B组）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：百会温灸结合透穴针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
