摘要
Arabidopsisthalianaisacommonresearchplantofmolecularandcellbiologicalresearchwhichhasshortlifecycleandhugeamountofseeds[1].Gammarayisoneoftheimportantphysicalmutagenswhichiswidelyusedinplantgeneticsandbreedingresearch[2].Thepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatethedose-effectofrayradiationsontherootdevelopmentofArabidopsis.Dryseedswereirradiatedbyrayswiththedoserangefrom100to1600Gy.
