摘要
TheSargentdividingwallcolumncanimplementfourproductsseparationsequencesinonecolumnbasedonFullyThermallyCoupledDistillationColumn.TheinitialdesignparametersarerequiredforthedesignoptimizationordynamiccontroloftheSargentdividingwallcolumn,andinordertomaketherigoroussimulationoftheSargentdividingwallcolumnmoreconducivetoconvergence,atencolumnmodelforcomplexSargentcolumnisestablishedinthispaper,andtheshortcutdesignmethodofthismodelisproposed.TheinternalminimumvaporandliquidflowareobtainedbytheUnderwoodequationsandthemassbalancemethodandtheV-minmethod.Theseparationfora4-componentshortcutmixtureofpentane,hexane,heptaneandoctanewasconsidered,whiletheinitialvaluesofdesignparametersandtheratioofvapor-liquiddistributionofeachcolumnwerecalculatedbyusingtheshortcutdesignmethodofatencolumnmodel.Andbycomparingtheshortcutcalculationswithrigoroussimulationresults,thepracticalityandreliabilityofshortcutcalculationswereverified.Thereasonforenergysavingwasanalyzedbasedonback-mixing.AvirtualheatexchangerisproposedtomaketheSargentdividingwallcolumnmoreenergyefficient.
