摘要 Graphene,definedasasingleatomicplaneofgraphite,isasemimetalwithasmalloverlapbetweenthevalenceandconductionbands.Thestackingofgrapheneuptoseveralatomiclayerscanleadtodiversephysicalproperties,dependingonthestackingmethod.Bilayergrapheneisalsoasemimetal,adoptingtheAB-stacked(orBernal-stacked)structureortherareAA-stackedstructure.Trilayerorfew-layergraphene(FLG)canbesemimetalsorsemiconductors,dependingonwhethertheyadoptBernal(ABA)stackingorrhoinbohedral(ABC)stacking.
