（德昌县人民医院 四川凉山 615500） 【摘 要】目的：重点分析急性胆结石患者运用优质护理服务后对其心理和疼痛产生的影响。方法：选取我院2018年（1月~10月份）收治的急性胆结石患者56例，将其分为两组即：对照组（28例）护理方法：常规护理，而应用组（28例）给予优质护理，将护理后的效果进行互比分析。结果：在护理后应用组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组；护理后应用组疼痛感显著低于对照组。结论：为急诊胆结石患者实施优质护理不仅能改善患者的不良心理，同时亦能缓解疼痛感，为提升治疗疗效的意义深远，故该种护理模式值得临床推广和借鉴。 【

AbstractObjective

Methods

nursing

effect
of
nursing
was
compared.
Results
After
nursing
the
scores
of

and
SDS
in
the
application
group
were
significantly
lower
than
those
in
the
control
group
and
the
pain
feeling
in
the
application
group
was
significantly
lower
than
that
in
the
control
group.
Conclusion
The
implementation
of
high-quality
nursing
for
emergency
patients
with
gallstones
can
not
only
improve
the
patients'bad
psychology
but
also
relieve
pain.
It
is
of
far-reaching
significance
to
improve
the
curative
effect
of
treatment.
Therefore
this
