1∶7 Type Nanocrystalline SmCo6Fe Sintered Magnet Prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering-中国期刊网

摘要 BulknanocrystallineSmCo6FesinteredmagnetwaspreparedbySparkPlasmaSinteringtechnique(SPS).XRDpatternsshowthatthemagnetexhibitsastableTbCu7structure.TEMobservationindicatesthatthemicrostructureofthemagnetiscomposedofSmCo6Fesinglephasegrainswithanaveragegrainsizeof30nm.Magneticmeasurementshowsthatunder9Tmagneticfield,thecoercivityofthemagnetreaches1.12T;thesaturationmagnetizationandtheremanenceare1.13and0.67T,respectively.Themagnethasa(BH)maxof75.6kJ·cm-3.
