摘要 Baosteel'sNo.8airseparationunit(ASU)isthefirstdomestically-integrated60000m3/hASU.Thispaperdescribesthemechanicalequipment,thedesignandtheconfigurationcharacteristicsofthisunit.ThepotentialfailuremodesofthemechanicaldevicesarededucedviaanalysesonthefailurehistoryofsimilardevicesinotherASUs.Finally,thispaperalsobringsupsuggestionsondailymaintenance,overhaulandpurchasesofspareparts.
