Experimentswereconductedinawatertunnelbytomographictime-resolvedparticleimagevelocimetry(Tomo-TRPIV).TheReynoldsnumberReθis2460onthebaseofmomentumthickness.Accordingtothephysicalmechanismofthestretchandcompressionofmulti-scalevortexstructuresinthewall-boundedturbulence,thetopologicalcharacteristicsofturbulencestatisticsinlogarithmiclayerwereillustratedbylocal-averagedvelocitystructurefunction.Duringcoherentstructuresbursting,resultsrevealthatthetopologicalstructuresofvelocitygradients,velocitystrainratesandvorticitiesbehaveasantisymmetricquadrupolemodes.Athree-layerantisymmetricquadrupolevortexpacketconfrmsthatthereisatightrelationshipbetweentheouterlayerandthenear-walllayer.
