ThedeterminationofLuzhou-flavorliquoragesiscarriedoutbythree-dimensionalfluorescencespectroscopycombinedwithnon-negativematrixfactorization(NMF).37samplesofagedliquorswithweightedagesof15,20and25yearswerepreparedbyblendingthreeLuzhou-flavororiginalbaseliquorswithstorageagesof10,20and30yearsindifferentproportions.Thefluorescencespectraofthesamplesweremeasured,andthenfactorizedintobasismatrixandcoefficientsmatrixbymultiplicativeiterativeNMF.Thefluorescencespectra,reconstructedfromthebasismatrix,aresimilartotheoriginalspectra.Thecoefficientsmatrixistakenastheinputofsupportvectormachine(SVM)toestablishapredictionmodelforthedeterminationofliquorages.Comparedwiththeprincipalcomponentanalysis,thepredictionmodelbasedonSVMhasapredictedaccuracybetterthan91.7%.Thismethodcanprovidehelpsforthemarketsupervisionontheagedliquors.
