Inordertolistentobrainactivityasapieceofmusic,weproposedascale-freebrainwavemusic(SFBM)technology,whichtranslatesthescalpEEGintomusicnotesaccordingtothepowerlawofbothEEGandmusic.Inthispaper,themethodologywasfurtherextendedtochorusmusicoftwochannelsfromthetwohemispheres.Firstly,EEGdatafromtwochannelssymmetricallylocatedontheleftandrighthemispheresaretranslatedintoMIDIsequencesbySFBM,respectively,wheretheEEGparametersmodulatethepitch,durationandvolumeofeachmusicnote.Then,thetwosequencesarefiiteredintoachorusoftheChinesepentatonicscaleortheWesternmajorscale.TheresultedChineseandWesternmusicatdifferentsleepstagesillustratedistinctdifferencesinharmony,andthemusicwithChinesepentatonicscalesoundsmoreharmonious.
