Weinvestigatethedynamicsoftwointeractionelectronsconfinedtoone-dimensionalquantumdotarrayinanacelectricfield.Wefindthatinitiallylocalizedelectronswillremainlocalizedintheabsenceofcoulombinteractioniftheratiooftheacfieldmagnitudetothefrequencyisarootoftheordinaryzero-orderBesselfunction.IncontrasttothecasewithoutCoulombinteraction,nomatterwhatthevalueis,theelectronsaredelocalizedandthedelocalizationeffectdependsontheratioU/ωandeaE/ω,whereUisthestrengthofCoulombinteraction,aisthelatticeconstant,andEandωaretheacfieldamplitudeandfrequency,respectively.
