Theidealmodelofhumanrightslawstudiesshallbeonethatisopenandcomprehensive.Onthebasisofnormativelegalstudies,itshallpaymoreattentiontoandrespondtopolitical,economic,andsocialdevelopmentinawiderangeofhumanrightsissues.Thesestudiesshouldattempttofindpracticalsolutionstoconcreteproblems.Humanrightslawshouldbearelativelyindependentlegaldiscipline,anditshouldbeaproblem-orientedobjectofstudy.Regardingtheresearchmethodologies,humanrightslawcouldencompassallaspectsoflegalstudies,andgobeyondlegalthemtosomeextenttoencompasstheinfluenceofotherdisciplines.
