Numericalsimulationconcerningtheformingandweldingprocessofspiralweldedpipewasconducted,whichincludedthreesteps:thefirststepwasthestressanalysiswhenthespiralwasformed,andthenthestresswasregardedasinitialconditionofmeldingduringthetemperaturefieldanalysisintheprocessofwelding,thelaststepwasthethermalstressanalysisoftheweldseamaftertheweldingwasover.Moreover,whenthesteelstripwaspushed,thestresswasalsocalculatedbynon-linearitycontacttechnologyusingAbaqusSoftware.Byfiniteelementmodelingandcalculatingoftheformingandweldingprocessofthespiralweldedpipe,thekeypointsofthemulti-fieldssyntheticsimulatingwerestudiedanddiscussed.
