Eccentricphoto-refractionusuallyisusedasearlyeyesightdiagnostictestofinfantsandsmallchildren.Unlikecurrentlyapprovedgeometricalopticalmodelofeccentricphotorefractometer,thecrescentformationandthelight-intensitydistributioninthepupilimageofamyopiceyeareanalyzedbyFourieropticswiththeassumptionofanisotropicscatteringretina.Inthecaseoflittlecircularlightsourceandrectangularslit,thesimulationresultsofdifferentmyopicdioptersareobtainedbygeometricalopticaltheoryandFourieropticsrespectively.ItisfoundthatthesimulationresultsbyFourieropticsaresimilarasthoseobtainedbygeometricaloptics,andallsimulationsarealmostcorrespondingtotheexperimentalresult.Theresultdemonstratesthatthenewmethodpresentedhereisfeasible.
