Inthisarticle,basedonriverqualitysimulationandsystemoptimization,awaterqualitymodelwasestablishedforscenicriverafterrainfalldischargeinfloodseason,withthetargetofmakingwaterpollutantsmeetthestandardinpriorityandsavingexpenditureonpollutioncontrol.Withtheprincipleofreducingsewagefromcombinedsewagepumpingstationandheavilypollutedinitialrainwater,amathematicalmultiobjectiveplanningmodelwasconstructedforrainsewagepollutioncontrolinfloodseason,andonescenicriverinanortherncitywastakenforsimulationexample.Theresultsshowthat:theoptimizationresultmeetstherequirementsofplanning,amongwhich,sewagereductionfromthecombinedpumpingstationaccountsfor17.38%inthetotalreductionofrainsewage,andthereductionintheheavilypollutedrainwateraccountsfor77.24%inthetotalreductionofrainwaterpumpingstation.Theplanningschemecanprovidetheoreticalbasisforpollutioncontrolofscenicriverinfloodseason,andforrationalreconstructionandlayoutofoutfallsalongtwobanksoftheriver.
