Inthispaper,basedonsurveydataoffourcities,migrantpopulationin2008,weusemulti-levelLogitmodeltoanalyzethefactorsofinpidualandareasofdestinationwhichhaveimpactonmigrationbehaviorofmigrantpopulationinlargecities.Wefindthattherearelargechangesinthebehaviorofmigrants:Firstly,theriseintheproportionofmigrantcitizenshasledtotheeffectsofgender,maritalstatusandhouseholdtypeandotherfactorsontheprobabilityofmigrationarenotsignificant,andthemigrationisappearingtobaseonthefamilyunit;Secondly,duetothediscriminationagainstmigrantsinemploymentandwageincome,andtheupgradeofindustrialstructure,theattractivenessoftheincreasingjobstothemigrantpopulationhasdeclined,andmigrants,expectedincomeisdetachingfromtheincomelevelofurbanresidents;Thirdly,thegrowthofurbanladors,averagewagehasextrusioneffectontheemploymentofthemigrantlaborsintheinformalsector,whichreducestheprobabilityofpotentialmigrantpopulation.
