简介：　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的围手术期护理方法。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 2015年 9月 -2017年 9月我院微创颅内血肿清除术治疗 89例高血压性脑出血患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并总结围手术期护理措施。结果：本研究 89例患者经微创颅内血肿清除术治疗和围手术期护理干预，总有效率 95.51%，并发症发生率 2.25%。结论：微创颅内血肿清除术配合围手术期护理干预治疗高血压性脑出血疗效确切，术后并发症发生率低，术后功能恢复快，值得临床继续研究和探讨。  　　【关键词】 高血压性脑出血； 微创颅内血肿清除术； 护理  Objective: To study the perioperative nursing methods of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: the object of this study was to select 89 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital in September, -2017 September 2015, to treat patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the perioperative nursing measures were summarized. Results: in this study, 89 patients were treated by minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma and perioperative nursing intervention, the total effective rate was 95.51%, and the complication rate was 2.25%. Conclusion: minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma with perioperative nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, and the postoperative recovery is fast. It is worthy of clinical study and discussion.
