  • 机构:[Abstract] Objective To discuss the influence of nursing practice. Methods 80 urology nursing students from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group received the traditional teaching mode, while the observation group taught the nursing practice. Compare the two groups of theoretical knowledge and operational skills performance and teaching satisfaction. Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).   • 简介:[摘要]目的  探讨护理实践教学模式用于泌尿外科护生教学中对其专业素养的影响。方法  选取我院2022年10月至2023年4月的80例泌尿外科实习护生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组接受传统教学模式,观察组则加以护理实践教学。对比两组理论知识及操作技能成绩和教学满意度。结果  观察组护生的理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩均显著优于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度明显优于对照组(97.50%vs80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  对泌尿外科实习护生使用护理实践教学模式可明显提升教学质量,护生专业素养显著提升,具有推广使用价值。
