简介:摘要:本试验段路基选取在山东省淄博市桓台县某高速路段,采用一种装配式路基填充结构,所采用泡沫轻质土预制块体产品质量稳定,同时利用当地的固废材料赤泥,减少土地浪费;同时施工现场采用“预制+现浇”的方式,可使提升施工效率,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。 关键词:装配式路基;轻质土;固废材料 Design of test section of red mud fabricated Subgrade ChenYibo (Fuzhou planning & Design Research Institute Group Co.,Ltd.Changsha Branch. Changsha, Hunan) Abstract: the roadbed is selected in a high-speed section of Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong province. A fabricated subgrade filling structure is adopted. The quality of the foamed lightweight soil prefabricated block product is stable, while the local solid waste material red mud is used to reduce the waste of land. At the same time, the construction site adopts the method of "prefabrication + cast-in-situ", which can improve the construction efficiency and have obvious economic and social benefits. Key words: Prefabricated subgrade; Light soil; Solid waste materials 一、概述 本试验段路基选取在山东省淄博市桓台县沾临高速四合同段附近,天桥接线K0+217-K0+237段。采用一种装配式路基填充结构,自下而上依次设置有:垫层、防渗层和泡沫轻质土层,其中,泡沫轻质土层是先由泡沫混凝土预制块体进行填充,再由泡沫混凝土浇筑制成的框架结构。 路基总高度约3.6m(含赤泥基混凝土道面0.3m),长度约为20m,宽度8.5m。试验段断面图如下:
