简介:日照电厂2X350MW机组主厂房内的设备利用融资从国外购买,锅炉由西班牙FOSTER-WHEELER供货,汽轮机、发电机和变压器由SIEMENS供货,主设备的控制系统采用了SIEMENS最新生产的具有九十年代最先进技术的分散控制系统TELEPERM-XP。但是外围设备的控制系统如:化水、凝水、渣浆泵、燃油泵、循泵、工业水泵、消防水泵除灰、吹灰、输煤等还是分散就地控制,采用的控制二次设备等大部分是就地手操、远操和组合仪表等常规监控装置,造成主设备控制手段先进,辅助设备的控制手段落后,停留在80年代常规控制仪表的水平。致使机组主值班人员每台机组5人左右,而外围设备值班人员大约在15人左右。为此,
