简介:Inthispaper,ananalyticmethodisdevelopedtoaddresssteadySH-wavescatteringandperformdynamicanalysisofmultiplecircularcavitiesinhalfspace.ThescatteredwavefunctionusedforscatteringofSH-wavesbymultiplecircularcavities,whichautomaticallysatisfiesthestress-freeconditionatthehorizontalsurface,isconstructedbyapplyingthesymmetryoftheSH-wavescatteringandthemethodofmulti-polarcoordinatessystem.Applyingthisscatteredwavefunctionandmethodofmovingcoordinates,theoriginalproblemcanbetransformedtotheproblemofSH-wavescatteringbymultiplecircularcavitiesinthefullspace.Finally,thesolutionoftheproblemcanbereducedtoaseriesofalgebraicequationsandsolvednumericallybytruncatingtheinfinitealgebraicequationstothefiniteones.Numericalexamplesareprovidedforcasewithtwocavitiestoshowtheeffectofwavenumber,andthedistancesbetweenthecentersofthecavitiesandfromthecenterstothegroundsurfaceonthedynamicstressconcentrationaroundthecavityimpactedbyincidentsteadySH-wave.

简介:Gene-centromeremappingisanessentialprerequisiteforunderstandingthecompositionandstructureofgenomes.Half-tetradanalysisisapowerfultoolformappinggenesandunderstandingchromosomalbehaviorduringmeiosis.TheJapanesescallop(Patinopectenyessoensis),acold-tolerantspeciesinhabitingthenorthwesternPacificcoast,isacommerciallyimportantmarinebivalveinAsiancountries.Inthisstudy,inheritanceof32informativemicrosatellitelociwasexaminedin70-hD-shapedlarvaeofthreeinducedmeiogynogeneticdiploidfamiliesofP.yessoensisforcentromeremappingusinghalf-tetradanalysis.Theratioofgynogeneticdiploidswasproventobe100%,100%and96%inthethreefamilies,respectively.Inheritanceanalysisinthecontrolcrossesshowedthat51ofthe53genotypicratiosobservedwereinaccordancewithMendelianexpectationsatthe5%levelafterBonferronicorrection.Sevenofthe32microsatellitelocishowedtheexistenceofnullallelesincontrolcrosses.Theseconddivisionsegregationfrequency(y)ofthemicrosatellitelocirangedfrom0.07to0.85withameanof0.38,suggestingtheexistenceofpositiveinterferenceafterasinglechiasmaformationinsomechromosomesinthescallop.Microsatellite-centromeredistancesrangedfrom4cMto42cMundertheassumptionofcompleteinterference.Informationonthepositionsofcentromeresinrelationtothemicrosatellitelociwillrepresentacontributiontowardstheassemblyofgeneticmapsinthecommerciallyimportantscallopspecies.
简介:ThisstudyproposesaGreen’sfunction,anessentialrepresentationofwater-saturatedgroundundermovingexcitation,tosimulategroundbornevibrationfromtrains.First,generalsolutionstothegoverningequationsofporoelasticmediumarederivedbymeansofintegraltransform.Secondly,thetransmissionandreflectionmatrixapproachisusedtoformulatetherelationshipbetweendisplacementandstressofthestratifiedground,whichresultsinthematrixoftheGreen’sfunction.ThentheGreen’sfunctioniscombinedintoatrain-track-groundmodel,andisverifiedbytypicalexamplesandafieldtest.Additionalsimulationsshowthatthecomputedgroundvibrationattenuatesfasterintheimmediatevicinityofthetrackthaninthesurroundingarea.Thewavelengthofwheel-railunevennesshasanotableeffectoncomputeddisplacementandporepressure.Thevariationofvibrationintensitywiththedepthofgroundissignificantlyinfluencedbythelayeringofthestratasoil.WhenthetrainspeedisequaltothevelocityoftheRayleighwave,theMachconeappearsinthesimulatedwavefield.TheproposedGreen’sfunctionisanappropriaterepresentationforalayeredgroundwithshallowgroundwatertable,andwillbehelpfultounderstandthedynamicresponsesofthegroundtocomplicatedmovingexcitation.
