简介:通过对郑村井区15号煤构造、煤厚、埋深、含气性、储层物性、顶底板岩性等煤层气基本开发地质深入细致剖析后,形成了“变排量、大液量、高砂量、活性水”的综合压裂工艺技术,提出了15号煤产气产水规律遵循双驼峰曲线理论的推论,制定了“控压排水、少量快放”的排采制度,并现场应用39口井。试采结果表明,采用优化后的压裂工艺、产气产水规律模型和排采制度后,试采井产量稳步增长,目前单井平均产气量达1635m’/d,且仍有进一步上升空间,开发效果理想。本次试采工作系统的探索了15号煤煤层气开发技术,对今后樊庄、郑庄区块的15号煤煤层气资源开发利用起到了较好的指导作用。
