简介:摘要:随着建筑业的快速发展,建筑高度与面积的不断增加,材料周转效率成为制约工程进度与质量的关键因素。塔吊作为施工现场的关键材料转运设备,其重要性日益凸显。特别是在砂土地基、超深基坑等复杂工况下,塔吊基础因其沉降量小、安全性高的特点,成为首选方案。然而,在实际施工中,由于施工场地限制、工期紧张及地质条件复杂等因素,格构柱角度偏差问题时有发生,影响塔吊的正常使用。本文基于施工现场,提出了一种针对超深基坑中角度偏差格构柱的塔吊基础加固技术,通过补焊工作面等创新手段,有效解决了加固难题,确保了施工安全与工期要求,取得了显著的经济效益。
