简介:铁力市双丰林业局职工医院 152500 【摘 要】 目的:观察分析凝血检验标本采集与处理过程中的质量控制。方法:选取本院 2016年 11月至 2018年 1月搜集的 117例健康體检者, 117例入组对象应用不同凝血检验标本采集方式。采用统计学分析不同凝血检验标本采集量( 2mL、 1.8mL、 1.6mL)对凝血功能的结果影响以及不同凝血标本存放温度对凝血检验结果的影响(与立即进行送检的对照组加以对比)。结果:不同凝血检验标本采集量的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原等凝血功能指标比较无差异( P>0.05),不同凝血标本存放温度的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原等凝血功能指标与立即送检的对照组比较有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:加强凝血检验标本采集与处理过程中的质量控制能够显著提高凝血检验准确性。 【关键词】 凝血检验标本采集 ;处理过程 ;质量控制 [Abstract] Objective: To observe and analyze the quality control in the collection and processing of blood coagulation test specimens. Methods: from November 2016 to January 2018, 117 healthy persons were selected and 117 subjects were enrolled in the study. Statistical analysis was used to analyze the influence of different blood clotting test sample collection volume (2ml, 1.8ml, 1.6ml) on the result of blood clotting function and the influence of different blood clotting sample storage temperature on the result of blood clotting test (compared with the control group which was sent for test immediately). Results: there was no significant difference in prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen and other coagulation function indexes among different blood clotting test samples (P > 0.05). There was significant difference in prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen and other coagulation function indexes between different blood clotting test samples and the control group (P < 0.05) ) Conclusion: strengthening the quality control in the collection and processing of blood coagulation test specimens can significantly improve the accuracy of blood coagulation test.
简介:摘要目的观察标本采集处理与质量控制在临床生化检验工作中的应用效果。方法选择2016年8月-2017年10月期间在我院检验科接受临床生化检验的患者46例作为研究对象,随机划入观察组和对照组,其中观察组23例,对照组23例,分别接受标本采集处理和质量控制和常规标本管理,比较两组标本的时效性评分、重现性评分、误差值以及显著异常的发生例数。结果观察组检验样本时效性评分90.4±1.2分,重现性评分90.6±1.7分,误差值评分91.3±1.8分,显著异常2例;对照组检验样本时效性评分81.7±1.3分,重现性评分80.9±1.4分,误差值评分82.6±1.5分,显著异常8例;组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论标本采集处理和质量控制在临床生化检验中的应用效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。
