  • 简介:摘要:新时代高职学生结构发生了变化,高职教师应充分认识高职师德的特性和当前高职学生的特性,不断更新认识,加强师德修养,从而更好地进行教育教学。  我国正处在市场经济时代,经济高速发展,物质极大丰富,刺激着每一个人的神经,使人们的思想产生了深刻而复杂的变化。在市场经济面前,有部分人的评价标准一切以“经济”为主,形成了一切向“钱”看的不良观念,社会上的个别人物欲横流,追求享受。在这些不良观念的影响下,我们教师中的一部分变得自私自利,追求享乐主义与 “金钱至上”,浑然忘却了自己是一名人民教师。这些人表现为,对“道德”一词不屑一顾或嗤之以鼻,认为讲究道德的时代已经过时了。更有甚者,厌恶教师这一职业,试图跳槽,想早日离开教师岗位。

  • 简介:摘要师德,也就是教师的职业道德。师德对一名教师尤为重要,因为,教师的一言一行都应该为学生做出表率。其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。自古就是“教书育人,为人师表”。教师的作用就是传授知识、播撒智慧、树立道德典范、为学生指引正确的人生方向。作为一名教师,应时刻以“德高为师,身正为范”来提醒自己。无私奉献、以德立教、以身示教,用高尚的人格为每颗纯洁心灵的塑造而竭尽全力。本文就如何在教学中体现师德,做了简要评议。

  • 简介:全面提高教育质量,关键是要提高教师的素质。由于教师劳动的特殊性,要求教师不仅具有渊博的知识,更要具备高尚的师德。长期以来,我国广大教师不管自己所处的地位如何、待遇如何,总是在教育战线上兢兢业业,严于律己,教书育人。然而,随着当前我国经济的发展,教师的地位和待遇也有所提高的情况下,中小学教师却存在着师德整体滑坡的问题。因此,在我国教育改革进程中,必须加强师德建设。针对当前师德方面出现的一些问题,在加强师德建设时,我认为应特别对教师提出以下几方面的要求。
