简介:摘要2.4GHz频段的无线通信组网与数据服务器的搭建是物联网应用过程中的重要组成部分。此无线通信的方式可广泛用于各种物联网场合,适用于智能家具系统嵌入式通信的控制,工业无线监控系统,智能穿戴装备,无线定位及感应系统,是实现无线通信中要求低功耗设计及硬件空间要求小的一种解决方案。本系统数据服务器采用c/s架构,实现对底层嵌入式设备数据通信连接。
简介:Anewlow-costdemodulatorforZigBeereceiverssatisfyingrequirementsofIEEE802.15.4standardispresented,whichisdesignedforISM2.4GHzbandandbasedonZero-IFreceivers.ThisdemodulatorextractssymbolsdirectlyfrombasebandsignalratherthanrecoveringPNcodechips,soitsstructureissimple.Twomaintechniquesareusedtoimprovetheperformanceofdemodulator.OneisPhase-AxisCrossingDetector(PACD)whichdetectsthephasecorrelationofbasebandsignal.Theotherissymbolsynchronizationandsamplingclockcorrectionalgorithm.Theresultshowsthatthisdemodulatorperformance,SymbolErrorRate(SER)andPacketErrorRate(PER)meetIEEE802.15.4TMstandardrequirementsandthedemodulatorcanhandlefrequencyoffsetinexcessof200kHz,involvingaZero-IFreceiverwithaNoiseFigure(NF)lowerthan17dB,whichiseasilyimple-mentedinstandardCMOStechnology.
简介:摘要:170GHz-260Ghz倍频器是微波扩频模块的核心模块,其性能直接决定着扩频模块的指标。本文通过对一种170GHz-260Ghz倍频器的二极管发热进行仿真,发现温度升高对模块指标影响巨大,对不同功率的二极管进行仿真,二极管温升满足产品的要求,实现了高性能倍频器的设计,满足了扩频模块整机的要求。
