  • 简介:Inthiswork,ahybridstructureconsistingofamulticomponentgermanateglassmicrospherecontainingbismuthasagainmediumisproposedandpresented.Thebismuth-dopedgermanateglassmicrosphereswerefabricatedfromaglassfibertipwithnoprecipitationofthebismuthmetal.Couplingwithafibertaper,thebismuth-dopedmicrospheresingle-modelaserwasobservedtolaseataround1305.8nmusing808nmexcitation.Thelowthresholdofabsorbedpumppowerat215μWmakesthismicrolaserappealingforvariousapplications,includingtunablelasersforarangeofpurposesintelecommunication,biomedical,andopticalinformationprocessing.

  • 简介:Theleachingbehaviorofmetalsfromapressure-leachingslagwasinvestigatedusingadesulphurization-leaching-hydrolysisprocessfortherecoveryofbismuthandantimony.Variousparameterswerestudied,includingtheamountofacidadded,temperature,time,additionofNaClandsolid-liquidratiointheleachingprocess.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthecontentsofbismuthandantimonyaremostlyenrichedintheprocessofkerosenedesulphurization.Morethan98%Sband96%Biareextractedunderthedeterminedconditions.Intheprocessofhydrolysis,theprecipitationratesofbismuthandantimonyare97.80%and94.59%,respectively.Undertheoptimumexperimentalconditions,therecoveryrateofbismuthandantimonycanbeupto95.80%and90.80%,respeoively.

  • 简介:摘要目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术在Bismuth-Ⅰ型肝门胆管癌患者中的疗效对比。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年5月收治的Bismuth-Ⅰ型肝门胆管癌患者108例,按照不同术式分为开腹组和腔镜组两组,各54例。数据应用SPSS18.0进行分析,切缘阳性率、并发症等采用χ2检验;术中术后各项指标及肝功能等用(±s)表示,采用独立t检测;生存率分析采用Kaplan-meier法。P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果腔镜组出血量、住院时间低于开腹组(P<0.05),腹腔镜组手术时间高于开腹组(P<0.05),两组淋巴清扫数、切缘阳性率和2年内生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腔镜组肝功能指标TBIL、ALT及AST术后均低于开腹组(P<0.05),Alb高于开腹组(P<0.05);腔镜组并发症发生率1.9%低于开腹组14.8%(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗Bismuth-Ⅰ型肝门胆管癌可以有效降低术中出血量,降低术后并发症,缩短患者住院时间,可在临床上进行进一步推广应用。

  • 简介:Inthispaper,anewthin-layerion-exchangeresinphaseanalyticalmethodisintroduced.Itisbasedonthat,thebismuthouscationcanassociatewithiodicanions,soastoformedananioncomplex[BiI4-_]inastrongacidicenvironments.Thisanioncomplexcanalsoexchangeswithaweakeranionsonthesurfaceactivesiteofanionexchangeresin,sothata[R+][Bil4-]solidphasebinaryassociationalsystemisproduced.Owingtothesolidsystemisagreatmanydispersiveparticulates,itcanbepressedtoathin-layerbypresstoolsofthesocalled"thin-layerresinphase"or"resinphase",andusingthissolidassociationsystemspectrophotometryforthedeterminationoftracemetals.Soitcanincreasetheanalyticalsensitivity.Thisassociationsystemexhibitsmaximumabsorbanceat460nm,andobeysBeer'slawovertheconcentrationrange0.0lug/ml-l.20ug/mlofbismuthous(lll),hhasamolarabsorptivityof7.1×l^5[L/mol.cm].itindicatedtheresinphasespectrophotometryisasensitiveanalyticalmethodfortracebismuthous.Itis18timeshigherthanroutineaqueousspectrophotometry.Therelativestandarddeviationsis1.82%(n=6)fortheFfmeasurementsof0.Sug/mlBi(llO.ThedetectionlimitofBismuthous(lll)is1.4XlO~mol/L.ThemethodhasappliedtotheanalysisBi(lll)inenvironmentalwatersamples.

  • 简介:摘要回顾性分析1例实施3D腹腔镜肝门部胆管癌根治术的Bismuth Ⅳ型肝门部胆管癌患者的临床资料,术前予以三维可视化重建制定手术方案,行双主刀模式下肝门部胆管癌根治术。术中淋巴结清扫,胆总管离断及右侧二级分支肝管离断并整形,左半肝及尾叶切除,Roux-en-Y胆肠吻合。本中心认为经过术前的精准评估,术中双主刀模式精细操作及腹腔镜视野的改善,3D腹腔镜下行Bismuth Ⅳ型肝门部胆管癌根治术是安全可行的。

  • 简介:摘要目的分析不同手术方式治疗Bismuth-Corlette III、IV型肝门部胆管癌(HCCA)的疗效及预后,探讨其合理的治疗方式。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2016年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院手术治疗的86例Bismuth-Corlette III、IV型HCCA患者的临床资料,其中男性45例,女性41例,年龄(59.5±10.5)岁。按照手术方式不同分为扩大肝切除组(57例)和围肝门切除组(29例),比较两组患者的围手术期指标和生存率。通过住院复查、定期门诊复查或电话随访。单因素及多因素Cox回归分析影响预后的因素。结果扩大肝切除组的手术时间和术中失血量均大于围肝门切除组[320(270,380)min比270(210,300)min,P<0.001;300(200,400)ml比100(100,150)ml,P<0.001]。扩大肝切除组Clavien-Dindo III级及以上并发症发生率和国际肝脏外科研究组C级肝功能衰竭发生率均高于围肝门切除组[36.4%(20/57)比13.8%(4/29),P=0.037;13.8%(7/57)比0(0/29),P=0.047],差异均具有统计学意义。扩大肝切除组手术后1、3、5年累积生存率分别为89.5%、38.6%、19.3%,围肝门切除组分别为86.2%、20.7%、10.3%,两组比较生存差异具有统计学意义(P=0.048)。多因素分析显示围肝门切除(HR=1.958,95%CI:1.174~3.268,P=0.010)、非R0切除(HR=6.040,95%CI:2.915~12.513,P<0.001)、TNM分期III/IV期(HR=2.144,95%CI:1.257~3.654,P=0.005)是影响HCCA患者手术后总体生存的独立危险因素。结论Bismuth-Corlette III、IV型HCCA行扩大肝切除术后总体生存率高于行围肝门切除者,但其手术并发症和肝功能衰竭的发生率也增高。

  • 简介:Bismuth(Bi)-dopedphotonicmaterials,whichexhibitbroadbandnear-infrared(NIR)luminescence(1000–1600nm),areevolvingintointerestinggainmedia.However,thetraditionalmethodshaveshowntheirlimitationsinenhancingBiNIRemission,especiallyinthemicroregion.Consequently,thetypicalNIRemissionhasseldombeenachievedinBi-dopedwaveguides,whichhighlyrestrictstheapplicationofBi-activatedmaterials.Here,superbroadbandBiNIRemissionisinducedinsituinstantlyinthegratingregionbyafemtosecond(fs)laserinsideborosilicateglasses.Aseriesofstructuralandspectroscopiccharacterizationsaresummonedtoprobethegenerationmechanism.AndweshowhowthisnovelNIRemissioninthegratingregioncanbeenhancedsignificantlyanderasedreversibly.Furthermore,wesuccessfullydemonstrateBi-activatedopticalwaveguides.TheseresultspresentnewinsightsintoBi-dopedmaterialsandpushthedevelopmentofbroadbandwaveguideamplification.

  • 简介:Theeffectofbismuth(Bi)forbothVO2+/VO2+andV3+/V2+redoxcouplesinvanadiumflowbatteries(VFBs)hasbeeninvestigatedbydirectlyintroducingBionthesurfaceofcarbonfelt(CF).TheresultsshowthatBihasnocatalyticeffectforVO2+/VO2+redoxcouple.Duringthefirstchargeprocess,BiisoxidizedtoBi3+(neverreturnbacktoBimetalinthesubsequentcycles)duetothelowstandardredoxpotentialof0.308V(vs.SHE)forBi3+/BiredoxcouplecomparedwithVO2+/VO2+redoxcoupleandBi3+exhibitno(orneglectable)electro-catalyticactivity.Additionally,therelationshipbetweenBiloadingandelectrochemicalactivityforV3+/V2+redoxcouplewasstudiedindetail.2wt%Bi-modifiedcarbonfelt(2%-BiCF)exhibitsthehighestelectrochemicalactivity.Usingitasnegativeelectrode,ahighenergyefficiency(EE)of79.0%canbeachievedatahighcurrentdensityof160mA/cm2,whichis5.5%higherthanthepristineone.Moreover,theelectrolyteutilizationratioisalsoincreasedbymorethan30%.Eventhecelloperatedat140mA/cm2forover300cycles,theEEcanreach80.9%withoutobviousfluctuationandattenuation,suggestingexcellentcatalyticactivityandelectrochemicalstabilityinVFBs.

  • 简介:WithFe(NO3)39H2OandBi(NO3)35H2Oasrawmaterials,differentsillenite-typecompoundsandelementalbismuthwerepreparedbyafacileone-potsolvothermalmethodusingH2O,C2H5OH,(CH2OH)2andC3H8O3assolvents,respec-tively.Thestructure,morphology,elementalcompositionsandpropertiesofsampleswereexaminedbyXRD,SEM,TEM,ICP,XPS,N2adsorptionanddesorption,UV-visDRSandPL.ThephotocatalyticactivitiesofdifferentsampleswereevaluatedbythephotodegradationofRhBundervisible-lightirradiation(λ>400nm),andresultsshowthatBi36Fe2O57preparedusingC2H5OHasthesolventownstheoptimumperformance.Inordertoexplorethereactionmechanism,anadditionalexperimentwasdesignedtoinvestigatethemainactivespeciesduringthephotodegradationprocessviadissolvingdifferenttrappingagentsinthereactionsolutionbeforelightirradiation.TheresultsshowthatsuperoxideradicalanionsplayamajorroleinthissystemsincetheRhBdegradationwassignificantlysuppressedaftertheadditionofbenzoquinone.

  • 简介:摘要目的探讨腹腔镜下左肝优先游离、原位右半肝加尾状叶切除术治疗Bismuth-Corlette Ⅲa型肝门部胆管癌的安全性、可行性。方法回顾性分析2020年6月至2022年4月在河北医科大学第二医院肝胆外科接受腹腔镜左肝优先游离、原位右半肝加尾状叶切除的13例Bismuth-Corlette Ⅲa型肝门部胆管癌患者的临床资料,其中男性8例,女性5例,年龄(60.9±8.4)岁。分析手术时间、术中出血量、并发症以及术后生存等情况。结果术前行经皮肝穿刺胆道引流5例。13例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜下左肝优先游离、原位右半肝加尾状叶切除,无中转开腹。手术时间[M(Q1,Q3)]390.0(355.0,435.0)min,术中出血量[M(Q1,Q3)]800.0(300.0,1 100.0)ml。术后发生并发症4例,均为胸腔积液,其中门静脉血栓伴胸腔积液1例,经低分子肝素钠抗凝治疗及胸腔积液穿刺后治愈。13例患者术后住院时间(12.5±5.5)d,无围手术期死亡病例。术中冰冻病理:左肝管切缘阴性12例,中度异型增生1例。术后病理:胆管腺癌12例,胆管黏液腺癌1例,高分化2例,中分化10例,低分化1例,R0切除率100.0%(13/13)。13例患者肿瘤长径(2.9±0.9)cm。术后通过电话或门诊复查随访,1例失访,术后1年生存率为66.7%(8/12)。结论Bismuth-Corlette Ⅲa型肝门部胆管癌患者在腹腔镜根治术中左肝优先游离、原位右半肝加尾状叶切除是安全、可行的。
