简介:摘要:二硫化钼(MoS2)因具有独特的层状结构以及较高的本征催化活性,被认为是可替代贵金属催化剂的材料之一。但是,2H-MoS2表现为半导体特性,其催化性能受到其导电能力及活性位点数目的制约。因此,本文通过Li离子插层化学剥离法对块状2H相MoS2进行改性,制备出了尺寸为几到几十纳米的双相(1T相与2H相)MoS2纳米片,并系统评价了改性后催化剂的析氢活性与稳定性。相比于块体MoS2,MoS2纳米片表现出更佳的析氢(HER)催化性能,在电流密度为10mAcm2下的过电位较前者降低了170 mV,这主要归因于1T-MoS2能够暴露更多的活性位点,且1T-MoS2的存在促使催化剂的导电性增加。
简介:察摘要:目的 探讨CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗外阴内尖锐湿疣患者的疗效及复发率。方法 选取在本院确诊的78例外阴内尖锐湿疣患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用单纯的CO2激光治疗,观察组在对照组CO2激光治疗基础上采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,均持续治疗4周。比较两组治疗率、不良反应和8个月内的病情复发情况。结果 观察组的治愈率为94.87%,明显高于对照组患者治疗的74.36%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗过程中红斑、肿胀、破溃等的不良反应发生率为5.12%,明显低于对照组患者治疗的20.51%(P
简介:摘要:目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)联合达菲林治疗对子宫腺肌症(Adenomyosis,ADM)患者血清8-异前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平的影响。方法:2021年1月~2021年12月,选取徐州市妇幼保健院妇科门诊收治的108例ADM患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组(n=54)与单用组(n=54)。单用组患者予以LNG-IUS治疗,联合组患者予以LNG-IUS联合达菲林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及血清学指标。结果:治疗3个月,联合组与单用组比较,子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度明显更小,月经量明显更少,痛经评分、血清PGF2α水平及不良反应率明显更低,血清PGE2、β-EP水平明显更高(P
简介:【摘要】目的:探讨达格列净联合胰岛素短期强化治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者应用效果。方法:将2020年05月-2021年07月本院收治的94例新诊断T2DM患者随机分为对照组(n=47)和实验组(n=47),对照组予以胰岛素短期强化治疗,实验组联合应用达格列净及胰岛素短期强化治疗,比较两组血糖指标、临床疗效。结果:实验组治疗后的空腹血糖值、餐后2h血糖值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:对于新诊断T2DM患者联合应用达格列净及胰岛素短期强化治疗,可对患者血糖水平加以有效控制,优化治疗效果,值得推广。
简介:摘要:目的 探究血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶在后循环缺血性脑梗死预后中的意义。方法 选择2020年1月-2021年1月到本院就诊的75例后循环缺血性脑梗死患者;同时还选择在本院接受健康体检的25名体检者作为对照组。将PCCI患者分为轻度、中度和重度三组,每组患者各25例;并按照患者发病后30天的mRS评分来将75例患者分为预后不良组和预后良好组,其中预后不良组患者有35例,预后良好组为40例。对各组患者入院时的A2水平,以及A2水平和PCCI病情情况和预后的关系情况进行检测对比,同时还对A2水平在PCCI不同水平预后的预测价值情况进行评估分析。结果 75例PCCI患者的A2水平明显要比对照组高,并且预后不良组也要高于预后良好组,重度组也要比轻度和中度组高一些p<0.05;另外,A2水平和PCCI患者的mRS以及NIHSS评分的关系是正相关的关系;并且A2还会对PCCI预后情况产生影响。结论 A2水平和PCCI预后、患者病情程度等有着紧密的关系,可以通过A2水平来对PCCI患者的预后情况进行评估,其具有重要的参考价值和意义。
简介:摘要目的探讨正电子凋亡显像剂18F-2-(5-氟-戊基)-2-甲基丙二酸(18F-ML-10)检测顺铂诱导的肺腺癌A549细胞凋亡情况的可行性。方法将肺腺癌A549细胞分为对照组、顺铂不同作用时间组、顺铂不同剂量组,其中对照组细胞不加顺铂;顺铂不同作用时间组加入50 μg/ml顺铂分别作用12、18、24、30、36、42、48 h,对照组细胞培养48 h;顺铂不同剂量组分别采用10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100 μg/ml顺铂作用30 h。采用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况,计算各组凋亡细胞18F-ML-10标准摄取值。结果随着50 μg/ml顺铂作用时间的延长,A549细胞凋亡率逐渐增加(F=66.87,P<0.01),18F-ML-10标准摄取值也逐渐增加(F=86.47,P<0.01)。顺铂作用时间为48 h时细胞凋亡率达到最高[(63.10±14.00)%],18F-ML-10标准摄取值也达到最高(4.97±1.03)(均P<0.01)。顺铂作用30 h后,随着顺铂剂量的增加,细胞凋亡率、18F-ML-10标准摄取值均逐渐增加(均P<0.01),顺铂100 μg/ml组细胞凋亡率最高[(37.31±2.48)%],18F-ML-10标准摄取值最高(3.08±0.20)。结论采用18F-ML-10检测顺铂诱导的A549细胞凋亡具有可行性。
简介:摘要目的比较CAS和CHA2DS2-VASc评分两种卒中风险评估模型预测非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤)患者全因死亡、血栓栓塞、大出血事件以及复合终点发生方面的差异。方法本研究为回顾性队列研究。从中国房颤注册研究(CAFR)中,选取年龄>18岁的非瓣膜性房颤患者,随机分为CAS评分组和CHA2DS2-VASc评分组,并根据基线和随访过程中抗凝状态筛选出2组中依从评分规范抗凝的患者纳入本研究。收集并比较两组患者的年龄、性别等基本信息,并定期进行随访,随访内容包括是否接受抗凝治疗以及终点事件。终点事件为全因死亡、血栓栓塞和大出血事件,复合终点事件为全因死亡和血栓栓塞事件。分析CAS评分组和CHA2DS2-VASc评分组相关终点事件发生情况,并采用多因素Cox比例风险模型比较两组相关终点事件发生率的差异。结果共纳入5 206例房颤患者,年龄(63.6±12.2)岁,女性2 092例(40.2%)。其中CAS评分组2 447例(47.0%),CHA2DS2-VASc评分组2 759例(53.0%)。CAS组左心室射血分数<55%、非阵发性房颤、口服华法林比例以及HAS-BLED评分低于CHA2DS2-VASC组,而既往糖尿病病史和抗血小板药物服药史比例高于CHA2DS2-VASC组,其余基线资料差异无统计学意义。随访(82.8±40.8)个月,CAS评分组中有225例(9.2%)发生全因死亡,186例(7.6%)发生血栓栓塞事件,81例(3.3%)发生大出血事件,368例(15.0%)发生复合终点事件。CHA2DS2-VASc评分组有261例(9.5%)发生全因死亡,209例(7.6%)发生血栓栓塞事件,112例(4.1%)发生大出血事件,424例(15.4%)发生复合终点事件。两组患者在全因死亡、血栓栓塞、大出血事件以及复合终点事件发生方面差异均无统计学意义(log-rank P值分别为0.643、0.904、0.126、0.599)。Cox多因素回归分析结果也显示,两组患者在全因死亡、血栓栓塞、大出血事件以及复合终点发生方面差异均无统计学意义,HR值(95%CI)分别为0.95(0.80~1.14)、1.00(0.82~1.22)、0.83(0.62~1.10)、0.96(0.84~1.11),P均>0.05。结论在中国非瓣膜性房颤患者中,CAS评分和CHA2DS2-VASc评分在预测全因死亡、血栓栓塞事件以及大出血事件方面效价相同。
简介:AbstractThe recently emerged Omicron variant of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has quickly spread around the world. Although many consensus mutations of the Omicron variant have been recognized, little is known about its genetic variation during its transmission in the population. Here, we comprehensively analyzed the genetic differentiation and diversity of the Omicron variant during its early outbreak. We found that Omicron achieved more structural variations, especially deletions, on the SARS-CoV-2 genome than the other four variants of concern (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta) in the same timescale. In addition, the Omicron variant acquired, except for 50 consensus mutations, seven great new non-synonymous nucleotide substitutions during its spread. Three of them are on the S protein, including S_A701V, S_L1081V, and S_R346K, which belong to the receptor-binding domain (RBD). The Omicron BA.1 branch could be divided into five divergent groups spreading across different countries and regions based on these seven novel mutations. Furthermore, we found that the Omicron variant possesses more mutations related to a faster transmission rate than the other SARS-CoV-2 variants by assessing the relationship between the genetic diversity and transmission rate. The findings indicated that more attention should be paid to the significant genetic differentiation and diversity of the Omicron variant for better disease prevention and control.

Moreover, although the data are still limited, Omicron showed highly concerning characteristics, including higher transmissibility, extensive immune escape and potentially altered host range. We interpreted these characteristics based on currently available data and outlined some urgent questions, calling for a more comprehensive investigation.
简介:AbstractPurpose:Stable Weber B ankle fractures are treated by a walking boot for 6 weeks and bearing full weight through the boot as tolerated. The aim of the present study was to assess the outcome parameters of this treatment protocol, evaluate the efficacy of using the walking boot, and investigate any possible predicting factors that could affect the outcomes.Methods:All the patients with stable Weber B ankle fractures, treated in our hospital between January 2018 and December 2018, were prospectively included to the study. The patients were evaluated clinically, and the patient-reported outcome measures data were collected at the 2 and 6 weeks post-injury. Chi square, Spearman's rho test, independent samples and paired sample t-tests were used for the monovariant analysis.Results:A total of 128 consecutive patients (aged 52.2 ± 19.1 years) with supination external rotation type 2 fracture were finally included to the study. At the 2 weeks follow-up, the reported outcome measures scores were in moderate levels, but improved significantly at the 6 weeks follow-up (p < 0.0001). Multivariant analysis revealed that the ability to bear full weight without the boot at the 2 weeks after diagnosis was the only variable, which made statistically unique contribution to the foot and ankle disability index score at the 6 weeks (p = 0.005).Conclusion:Conservative treatment using a walking boot with advice to bear full weight of stable ankle Weber B fractures can bring to good functional outcomes. The ability to bear full weight without the aid of the walking boot at 2 weeks after diagnosis was the only significant predicting factor for better outcomes at 6 weeks after diagnosis.
