  • 简介:Zinctinoxide(ZTO)thinfilms,withzincacetateandtributyltinchlorideasrawmaterials,weredepositedonglasssubstratesbythemethodofmetalorganicchemicalvapordeposition(MOCVD).Thecrystallization,microstructureandopticalpropertieswereinvestigatedbyscanningelectronicmicroscope(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD)andultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)spectrophotometer.TheresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseinSn/Znratio,thecrystalchangesfromwurtzitetorutilephase.Whentheratioreaches11:18,theintensityofZn_2SnO_4peaksappearstobethestrongestandtheopticalbandgapisabout3.27eV.Calculatedbytheenvelopemethod,thethicknessoftheZTOthinfilmsis713.24nm.MeasuredbyUV-Visspectrophotometer,thetransmittanceoftheZTOthinfilmsreachesupto80%inthewavelengthrangeof400-1000nmwhentheSn/Znratiois7:18.

  • 简介:Inviewoftheimportanceofsolventextractionofrareearthmetalswiththeacidicorganophosphorousreagent,thedevelopmentofachemicallybasedmodelapplicabletohighconcentrationisdesired.Inthepresentstudy,theequilibriumdistributionofdysprosium(Ⅲ)betweenanaqueousnitricacidsolutionand2-ethylhexylphosphonicacidmono-2-ethylhexylester(PC88A)wasmeasuredintherangeofaninitialaqueousdysprosium(Ⅲ)concentrationfrom1.0×10-3to1.0×10-1kmol/m3andPC88Aconcentrationfrom0.16to0.65kmol/m3inShellsolD70asthediluent.Theobtaineddatawereanalyzedusingthechemicallybasedmodelinordertocorrelatetheequilibriumdistributionratios.Inthismodel,dysprosium(Ⅲ)wasassumedtobeextractedwiththePC88Adimerasa1:3complex,theactivitieswereconsideredfortheaqueousspecies,andtheeffectiveconcentrationofthePC88AdimerwascalculatedusingAlstad'sempiricalequation.Asaresult,theapparentextractionequilibriumconstantwasdeterminedtobe253(kmol·m-3)-2withanexcellentcorrelationbetweentheexperimentandcalculationresultsinthewiderangeofthelogarithmofthedistributionratiofrom-2to3.5.Inconclusion,themethodologyinthismodelwouldbeeffectiveforquantitativedescriptionofsolventextractionbehaviorofgeneralrareearthelementsaswellasdysprosium.

  • 简介:Rareearthelementgadolinium-dopedaluminum–zincoxide(Gd–AZO)semiconductorthinfilmmaterialwasdepositedonbothsiliconandglasssubstratebyradiofrequency(RF)sputteringatroomtemperature.ElectricalpropertiesandmicrostructureofGd–AZOthinfilmweremainlymodulatedbyalteringO2partialpressure(OPP)duringtheRFsputteringprocess.Scanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)andX-raydiffraction(XRD)testwerecarriedouttouncoverthemicrostructurevariationtrendwiththesputteringOPP,andamorphousstructurewhichisbeneficialtolargemassindustrymanufacturewasalsodemonstratedbytheXRDpattern.TransmittanceinvisiblelightspectrumimpliesthepotentialapplicationforGd–AZOtobeusedintransparentmaterialfield.Finally,bottomgate,topcontactdevicestructurethinfilmtransistors(TFTs)withGd–AZOthinfilmastheactivechannellayerwerefabricatedtoverifythesemiconductoravailabilityofGd–AZOthinfilmmaterial.Besides,theGd–AZOTFTsexhibitpreferabletransferandoutputcharacteristics.

  • 简介:AbstractInthisstudy,mesoporoussilica/ironoxidenanocomposite(MCM-Fe203)wassynthesizedviahydrother-maltechnique.ThechemicalsynthesisofMCM-Fe203nanocompositewasachievedat18h.Theeffectofconcen-trationoftetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)onnanocompositespropertieswasstudiedduringsynthesisprocess.Forthispur-pose,0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5,and4.5mltetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)wereselected,respectively.ThetexturalpropertiesandmicrostructureofthenanocompositeswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),Fouriertransforminfraredspec-troscopy(UF1R),fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM),N2adsorption-desorption,andvibratingsamplemagnetometer(VSM)analysis.Resultsshowthatthenanocom-positewithtetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)/cetyltrimethylam-moniumbromide(CTAB)ratioof5exhibitslargesurfaceareas(461.19mZ.gJ).Furthermore,thisnanocompositeshowssuperparamagneticbehaviorunderexternalmagneticfieldcomparedtoothersamples.Moreover,resultsofremovalofmetalionsindicatethatadsorptionofNi(II),Cd(II),Cr(III),Zn(II),andPb(II)ionsonthesurfaceofadsorbent(nanocom-posite)increaseswiththeincreaseinsolutionpH,contacttime,andadsorbentdosage.Furthermore,themaximumremovalratesofheavymetalsionsreach53.0%,79.0%,61.0%,89.0%,and99.5%atpHof5,timeof50min,andtheweightofadsorbentof0.16with2.5mlTEOS,respectively.

  • 简介:InorganicbufferlayerssuchasSiO2orTiO2andtransparentconductiveindium-tin-oxide(ITO)filmswerepreparedonpolyethyleneterephthalate(PET)substratesbyionassisteddeposition(IAD)atroomtemperature,andtheeffectsofSiO2andTiO2onthebendingresistanceperformanceofflexibleITOfilmswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatITOfilmswithSiO2orTiO2bufferlayerhavebetterresistancestabilitiescomparedtooneswithoutthebufferlayerwhentheITOfilmsareinwardsbentatabendingradiusmorethan1.2cmandwhentheITOfilmsareoutwardsbentatabendingradiusfrom0.8cmto1.2cm.ITOfilmswithSiO2bufferlayerhavebetterresistancestabilitiescomparedtooneswithTiO2bufferlayeraftertheITOfilmsarebentseveralhundredsofcyclesatthesamebendingradius,fortheadhesionofSiO2isstrongerthanthatofTiO2.ThecompressivestressresultedfrominwardbendingleadstotheformationofmoredefectsintheITOfilmscomparedwiththetensilestressarisingfromoutwardbending.SiO2andTiO2bufferlayerscaneffectivelyimprovethecrystallinityofITOfilmsin(400),(440)directions.
