简介:MicrostructureandsubmicrostructureofLeydigcellandSertolicellinthetestisofgonadalprecocityandimmaturationinculturedlargeyellowcroaker,Pseudosciaenacrocea,arestudiedusinghistologyandelectronmicroscopictechnique.Theresultsindicatethatthefinestructureofthetwokindsofcellsindifferentdevelopmentstagespresentsanobviousdifference.ThesmoothendoplasmicreticularandtubularmitochondriaofLeydigcellandSertolicellarewelldevelopedinthetestisofgonadalprecocity,butpoorlydevelopedinthetestisofimmaturation.WesuggestthatthereasonforgonadalprecocityinthelargeyellowcroakermayberelatedtotheearlierdevelopmentandmaturationofLeydigcellandSertolicell.
简介:ByimplementingtheARGOprogram,alargenumberofT-Sprofilescanbeobservedintheworldocean.However,itisverydifficulttoexaminechangesofthesensitivityofthesensorsequippedattheARGOfloats,becauseitisdifficulttounderstandtheirconditionintheseaandthereliabilityofthedata.Qualitycontrolmustbedoneinordertoavoidthewrongconclusiondeducedfromthewrongdata.OneoftherealisticmethodsforqualitycontroloftheARGOdataisthecomparisonwiththelocalclimatology.HighqualityclimatologicalT-SmodelsinnorthwestPacifichavebeenbuiltbasedontheNansenbottledataandCTDdataforthequalitycontrolinNMDIS.ThemodelsareusedtochecktheARGOdatainthisareaandhavegotgoodresult.
