简介:摘 要: 堆焊膜式壁在垃圾焚烧发电锅炉中普遍应用,因锅炉膜式壁向火面进行堆焊后,膜式壁正反面管子外径和壁厚都不一样,其差值为堆焊层厚度,因此在顶棚膜式壁、折弯角等成排弯管时,会频繁更换弯管模,为提高膜式壁弯曲效率,因此设计此快换弯管模。现就快换弯管模在堆焊膜式壁弯管成型中的应用概述如下。
简介:摘要:本文[1]结合水下井口、套管挂的探伤需求,对内壁堆焊Inconel 625合金界面缺陷的超声波检测方法进行了探讨,通过双晶直探头和单晶直探头在对比试块上的对比试验,验证了单晶直探头在母材侧检验Inconel 625合金堆焊层与基体界面缺陷检出的有效性及局限性。
简介:【摘要】 目的:探讨造口定位对造口并发症及造口还纳的影响 方法:对我科115例直肠癌预防性回肠造口者进行病历对照研究,分为对照组和术前定位组,其中术前定位组由造口治疗师进行术前造口定位。对照组无术前定位。统计两组患者的一般资料、手术资料、造口并发症及造口还纳并发症,比较两组差异。结果:术前定位组和对照组相比,粪水性皮炎发生率低,造口门诊诊疗频率低,差异有统计学意义,其他造口并发症及造口还纳并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:术前造口定位能减少直肠癌预防性回肠造口粪水性皮炎发生率,减少患者造口维护频率,提高造口患者满意度。
