Thedriftingbaselinesofcapillaryelectrophoresisaffecttheveracityofanalysisgreatly.ThispaperpresentsThresholdFittingTechnique(TFT)soastosubtractthebaselinesfromtheoriginalsignalsandemendatethesignals.InTFT,waveletandcurvefittingtechniqueareappliedsynthetically,thresholdsaredecidedbythecomputerautomatically.ManyexperimentsofsignalprocessingindicatethatTFTissimpleforbeingused,therearefewman-inducedfactors,andtheresultsaresatisfactory.TFTcanbeappliedfornoisysignalswithoutanypre-processing.
