简介:Thestructureofanintensitymodulationopticalfibersensorisintroduced.Theprincipleofthesensorwhichcandetectminordisplacementbyuseofminorcurveindarkgroundisdescribed.Complexexperimentshowsthatthemultimodeopticalfibernotonlyhastheabilitlyofdetectingthedisplacementoflessthan0.1nm,butalsoexhibitscharacteristicsofwidedynamicrangeandgoodlinearity.
简介:Byaccuratelymeasuringthedisplacementbetweentherollersurfaceandtheopticalfiberproberelativetoanullposition,wecantesttherollerwear.Thewholetestingmethodandsystemwereintroduced.Eachpartofthetestingsystemwasillustrated.Andalsoanovelfiber-opticsensorwiththreeprobesinequaltransversespaceisadopted.Usingthissensor,theeffectsoffluctuationsinthelightsource,reflectivitychangingoftargetsurfaceandtheintensitylossesinthefiberlinesareautomaticallycompensated.Thismethodofferssuchadvantagesasnon-contact,noelectromagneticinterference,simplicity,lowcost,highsensitivity,goodaccuracyandstability.
简介:Adisplacementsurveymethodthatcanbeusedinfieldssuchastunnelengineering,hugedamengineeringandsoonisintroduced.Accordingtothismethod,aseriesofmeasuringstationsaresetalongafoldline,andanumberofbi-directionlaserbeamsand2-Ddisplacementsensorsareusedtorealizethelineandangledisplacementmeasurementstoobtainthedistortioninformationofeachpoint.Thecalculationformulasaregiven,andtheerrorsareanalyzed.Thismethodcanalsobeusedinotherdistortion-measurementfieldssuchasbuilding,bridgeandmountaindistortionmeasurements.
