简介：2016年＂深圳杯＂数学建模挑战赛D题是代谢综合征风险预测问题,目的是融合临床和多组学数据对代谢综合征进行预测。本题是由深圳碳云智能科技有限公司命题,命题人是碳云科技李英睿老师,也是评阅组成员。代谢综合征是一种复杂疾病,表现为多种代谢成分的异常聚集,是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群。我们通常说的三高（高糖、高脂、高血压）、肥胖、糖尿病就是典型的危险因素。

简介：结合基因组学数据与生物学背景,利用数学与统计的方法研究代谢综合征的致病机理。首先,利用变异系数筛选出信息含量较高的数据,并且利用变异基因频数统计的方法确定高频变异基因。通过查阅相关文献和数据库可知,大部分高频变异基因都与代谢综合征有关。随后,研究高频变异基因对其他基因的调控情况,并且由此构建出高频变异基因的调控网络以及网络内部的协同和拮抗作用。最后,提出基于调控网络的患病风险预测模型,由此提供预防或治疗方案。
