简介:[摘 要 ] 随着交通设施的快速发展,高速公路建设呈现日异月新景象,“四新”技术的推广、应用,已成该行业发展的风向标。高墩长大预应力盖梁在常规施工过程中多采用基础 +满堂架的形式,受地形条件限制,需严格控制基础、支架沉降变形,同时施工工期不可控,实体质量得不到保证。结合地质条件,本文通过施工方案设计、结构计算,采用钢管柱结构体系施工高墩长大预应力盖梁,加强工序、工艺控制,解决了常规施工存在的技术难点和弊端,同时安全、质量及工期进度得到保证,取得较好效果。
