简介:摘要:为了维持循环水系统在高浓比下的稳定运行,火电厂一般采用添加阻垢缓蚀剂的方法。但是,该方法试剂成本高,投加量难以掌握,对水体有二次污染,大大增加了循环水污水处理和回用的难度。为了避免在循环水系统中添加阻垢缓蚀剂所引起的上述问题,近年来出现了电场法、磁场法和超声波法等环境友好型物理阻垢和去除技术。目前,循环水水质稳定处理技术多采用低压电解除垢、高压静电水处理、电磁阻垢等单一物理除垢方法。然而,由于湿冷机组循环水系统水质复杂,在实际生产中采用单一物理阻垢技术处理循环水时,由于各技术的局限性,其阻垢防腐杀菌效果并不理想。在实际运行中,单独使用上述任一工艺时,仍需添加酸、阻垢和缓蚀剂(还原剂),以维持循环水系统的安全稳定运行。此外,单一工艺的加工效率低,导致加工阻力大,设备投资成本高。
