  • 简介:AbstractIn vitro maturation (IVM) has been used in clinical settings for 30 years. The merits of IVM include that it needs a relatively small amount of hormones and short treatment period. However, because the effectiveness of IVM is lower than that of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, there are few centers routinely use IVM, and it is only applicable to a few special populations. In this article, several oocyte sources related to IVM have been discussed and the effects of gonadotropin priming and triggering on IVM are described. Furthermore, we have reviewed the optimization of IVM culture conditions in recent years along with the effects of IVM on genes of oocytes and cumulus cells and the obstetric and neonatal outcomes. We aim to provide indications for future improvement of IVM technology so that the success rates of IVM technology in special populations can be improved. We hope that this mild and natural protocol can be applied to more populations, including individuals with normal ovulation.

  • 简介:AbstractDecidualization is a special type of differentiation of endometrial stromal cells into secretory decidualized cells, which is closely related to the occurrence of menstruation and establishment of pregnancy. Decidualization abnormalities can cause female infertility and abortion, and the decidualization model in vitro is an important tool for studying relevant mechanisms. This article summarizes several in vitro decidualization models in recent research from three aspects, including the selection of model cells and culture systems, evaluation of decidualization markers, and induction schemes. These models can be appropriately selected and applied in specific endometrium-related disease models, such as endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and preeclampsia.

  • 简介:摘要:射电望远镜是通过接受外太空光线得到天体信息的一种科学设备[1]。我国的FAST天眼是世界最好的射电望远镜。对于FAST天眼,我们将探讨以下问题:在前先研究方向的基础上,通过计算调节后的馈源舱的接收比来与基准反射球面的接收比相比较,可以先计算调节后馈源舱的接收比,再算出基准反射球面的接收比。通过这两个接收比的比较来回馈不同的参数和方法,确定怎样调整能够成为最优解,使结果达到最优。

  • 简介:AbstractAlzheimer disease (AD) is the most common type of dementia characterized by the progressive cognitive and social decline. Clinical drug targets have heavily focused on the amyloid hypothesis, with amyloid beta (Aβ), and tau proteins as key pathophysiologic markers of AD. However, no effective treatment has been developed so far, which prompts researchers to focus on other aspects of AD beyond Aβ, and tau proteins. Additionally, there is a mounting epidemiologic evidence that various environmental factors influence the development of dementia and that dementia etiology is likely heterogenous. In the past decades, new risk factors or potential etiologies have been widely studied. Here, we review several novel epidemiologic and clinical research developments that focus on sleep, hypoxia, diet, gut microbiota, and hearing impairment and their links to AD published in recent years. At the frontiers of AD research, these findings and updates could be worthy of further attention.

  • 简介:摘要: 初始进入飞行训练的飞行学员经常会产生紧张、焦虑、畏惧等心理,会在很大程度影响飞行学员对飞行技能的掌握,随着飞行经历的增加和技能的提升又会出现盲目自信、炫耀的心理状态,在训练后期即机长训练阶段在和不同的同学搭配机组时,本篇文章主要通过调查问卷对不同性格、不同阶段学生心理状态进行分类统计,进而能够让飞行教员能够更加清楚地掌握学生的心理状态,促进飞行训练的效果,提高飞行学员的飞行品质。

  • 简介:AbstractTwin anemia polycythemia sequence (TAPS) is a chronic form of unbalanced feto-fetal transfusion through minuscule placental anastomoses in monochorionic twin pregnancies, leading to anemia in the donor twin and polycythemia in the recipient twin. TAPS can occur spontaneously in up to 5% of monochorionic twins or can arise in 2%-16% of cases after incomplete laser surgery for twin-twin transfusion syndrome. TAPS can develop across the entire second and third trimester. Antenatal diagnosis for TAPS is reached via Doppler measurement of the fetal middle cerebral artery peak systolic velocity, showing an increased velocity in the donor, combined with a decreased velocity in the recipient. Treatment options for TAPS include expectant management, preterm delivery, intrauterine blood transfusion with or without a partial exchange transfusion, fetoscopic laser surgery and selective feticide. The best treatment option is unclear and is currently being investigated in an international multicenter randomized trial (the TAPS trial). Spontaneous fetal demise occurs in 5%-11% of TAPS twins, more often in donors (8%-18%) than in recipients (2%-5%). Severe long-term neurodevelopmental impairment is seen in 9% of TAPS twins, with donors having an increased risk for cognitive impairment and hearing problems (15%).

  • 简介:摘要:当代新媒体技术是艺术与科学技术的大融合,其不断升级的新形态,已成为现代展示设计研究的重要课题。在当代展示设计中新媒体技术已成为不可缺少的技术手段。新媒体的沉浸式动态交互,在使观众获得全新的观展体验的同时,也大大促进了企业产品的展示效率与推广目标的实现。新技术也大大缩减了传统静态展示空间对物理材料消耗,节约了大量资源。本文主要通过对新媒体技术在展示设计中的运用案例,以及技术应用分析,来促进数码影像技术、多媒体交互技术、虚拟现实技术的创新与实验开发。

  • 简介:摘要:出于对结构受力合理性、建筑防水抗渗以及经济性等方面的研究考虑,地下车库顶板结构设计采用加腋板形式越来越普遍,但加腋顶板相较于传统主次梁平板结构对于施工增加了较大的难度,加腋构造的施工质量受下部支撑体系、交接处折点的定位以及现场过程管理水平影响较大,本文旨在对地下车库加腋顶板施工进行技术研究及质量管理总结,以期为类似项目提供经验,保证加腋板施工质量。

  • 简介:[摘 要]本文从2010-2020年《 International Journal of Urban and Regional Research 》期刊所载文章为数据,利用文献计量法对近十年来西方规划理论进行全面可视化分析。文章运用了BibExcel和Citspace软件进行对数据的提取和统计,使用VOS viewer及Pajek软件进行知识图片的可视化。结果表明,本文研究热点围绕着了四个大聚类,并涉及了多个学科相关领域的研究理论与方法。最后,本文建议我国城市与区域的研究学者更关注社会学、哲学、等学科,以全面的视觉去看待城市与区域的关系;同时,也要因地制宜,合理运用西方的规划理论,完善我国城镇化的发展理论体系。

  • 简介:[摘 要] 随着经济飞速发展,社会对于石油等化石能源的依赖程度越来越高,长输管道作为其重要运输载体得到迅猛发展。然而管道的腐蚀问题作为影响输油管道的安全稳定使用的最大因素,逐渐被相关部门列为重点关注问题。本文以油气管道为对象,结合石油管道所面临的主要腐蚀环境,分析影响管道腐蚀的主要因素,进一步探讨管道相关防腐措施,提升管道的防腐质量,延长管道的运行寿命。
