简介:摘要目的探讨"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年10月—2019年10月在江苏省中医院内分泌科接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组采用常规教育,干预组在此基础上实施"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育,比较干预前后两组患者健康知识水平、自护行为和血糖指标的差异。结果干预前,两组患者健康知识水平、自护行为得分、血糖指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院3个月后,与对照组患者相比,干预组患者健康知识水平、自护行为得分提高,血糖指标改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育模式可提高糖尿病患者健康知识水平和自护行为得分,改善临床指标,值得推广。
