简介:摘要:本文利用有限元法、瞬态动力学等相关的原理与方法,研究了移动压力容器在撞击过程中的安全问题。运用ANSYS及LS-DYNA等数值模拟方法,对该系统进行预处理与数值模拟,获得60km/h车辆尾部碰撞过程中,车架、罐体、组合支座及辅助构件在碰撞荷载作用下的受力特性。分析结果显示,框架和连接螺钉虽然发生了破坏,但是对压力容器的撞击却得到了很好的抑制,总体上是安全的,同时也为进一步的结构优化提供了一定的理论支持。
