简介:摘要:热风温度CPK是评价叶丝干燥工序生产批次的过程能力,能否满足产品质量标准要求。据统计,2021年四季度,什邡卷烟厂制丝车间叶丝干燥工序近3个月热风温度不合格(CPK<1)次数达13次,不合格率占比为2.7%。且根据四川中烟《卷烟制丝过程质量检验与判定》为B类异常,严重影响生产质量。本文从减少加热器进风口表面粉尘附着和车间内温湿度变化、减小疏水阀泄压等方面进行优化,有效提高了烘丝机滚筒热风温度CPK,为卷烟产品质量提供了支撑。
简介:摘要本文分析了KLD-2Z烘丝机生产过程中预热时间过长故障产生的原因,并通过对筒壁加热蒸汽管路系统故障部位的判断定位与处理,有效解决了烘丝机预热时间过长影响设备运行效率的问题。就针对KLD-2Z烘丝机生产过程中预热时间过长问题进行分析,解决,排除。并根据存在的问题提出良好的应对措施,为之后的相应问题给予理论参考。
简介:摘要:薄板烘丝机是烘丝机中的一种主要设备,其主要对切丝后的烟丝进行烘干处理,达到生产工艺要求。KLD-2薄板烘丝机在生产过程中发现烟丝弹性差、热风温度在设定值上下波动大等故障问题,针对故障剖析KLD-2薄板烘丝机热风温度波动的原因并且提出相应的改进措施,以此提升设备运行效率。
